#a mobile app can only be to 1) monetize or 2) advertise your site. but no one pays for quickly abandoned apps & your site is still a mess #even if its different teams making the phone games that's money you can use to hire people to recode your site #like im sympathetic to the fact that the whole site's code is decades old and the pandemic fucked up timelines with flash ending #but not sympathetic enough to forget JS immediately fired every employee who understood the hot mess & would have been invaluable rn 🙃
