6.05.2026 // it's finally autumn, only a month late.

this will be my first full autumn-winter in this city and i'm looking forward to the cold. i skipped winter all of last year thanks my fieldwork. i plan to lock in and just write my thesis so that i'm on track to producing a first full draft by the end of the year.

i'm back on track! i started reviewing kinematics and began studying histology, so far i've only seen epithelial tissue, but i'm excited to see the rest. tomorrow today i'll have to study a lot to get ahead on some topics because i'm going out on saturday and sunday is mother's day, so i'll hardly be able to study.

spent the weekend studying in cafes and taking long walks because it’s been warmer outside than inside my house. enjoyed a bit of sunshine because this spring has been very cold and even though the days are longer, it doesn’t really feel like summer is coming.
