It's that time of year, things are stressful, my brain is a little jambled, and I know I'm not the only one feeling this way
That being said, remember to:
Eat something, even if it is something small, nourish yourself
Get some sunlight if you can. If you can't (because winter kinda sucks) add some foods rich in Vitamin D into your diet. Vitamin D is good for the immune system and just general health
Take some time to do something you enjoy, you deserve happiness
Drink some water, It is important to stay hydrated
Get some rest, sleep, take a break or breather when you can. No matter how stressed you may be, overworking yourself and starving yourself from some essential rest is not good, not for your physical health or emotional health, and will not help with your stress
