Hey guys, I'm Liz. Psych Major. INTJ. Demi-Ace. This is a personal blog so the posts are an amalgamation of things I find funny, important, or both. I am in many fandoms. Ask me about them. Ask me about anything. I love when people talk to me. Have a splendid day. var _gaq = _gaq || []; _gaq.push(['_setAccount', 'UA-49710909-1']); _gaq.push(['_trackPageview']); (function() { var ga = document.createElement('script'); ga.type = 'text/javascript'; ga.async = true; ga.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ? 'https://ssl' : 'http://www') + '.google-analytics.com/ga.js'; var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(ga, s); })();
Okay but have we talked about how the closer Angel and Husk get the more we see Angel wearing little hearts on his clothes and make up?? To match Husk and his little hearts??? When before Angel wore ZERO hearts at all because they are also associated with Val????
I am having totally normal and chill feelings about Good Omens 2. I am not emotionally devastated at all. Anyway hereâs the playlist I made at 2 AM full of totally normal not emotionally devastating songs that make me think of my favorite celestial beings and how they left things this season.
For anyone who doesn't live with children or watch cartoons on a regular basis, Nickelodeon went off the air for 8 minutes and 46 seconds today. During that time, instead of playing shows or commercials, there was a Nickelodeon orange background with scrolling and repeating messages about racial equality, the right to education, and the right to be safe from harm and hatred.
For those who aren't aware, as I wasn't until I googled it, 8 minutes and 46 seconds was the exact amount of time that George Floyd was pinned on the ground.
There's nothing subtle about this and I'm just. Shocked. In a good way of course, I've just never seen this sort of rallying behind a race-based social movement.
The first pride was a riot, more specifically a riot against police violence. Trans women of colour like Marsha P. Johnson paved the way for the celebration of pride today. You cannot celebrate your pride this month, or any month if you arenât also supporting Black Lives Matter and the riots going on against police violence right now. Us white LGBTQ+ need to stand up for our black siblings and their rights, their struggles. We need to amplify their voices and show any support we can.Hey! Better yet, reblog this version:
