What if Gem got self conscious of her antlers from time to time? For example, she would have trouble fitting through a hermit's doors and would just have to awkwardly walk sideways to get in or maybe she feels that her antlers make her stand out too much on a bad day.

Aww...the worst part is, there's no real way to hide that kind of thing, is there? They're stiff and far too big to conceal with a hat or her hair... she's not ashamed of being a hybrid, but on days when the gap between her and other people gets a little too painful and a little too there, she wishes there was something she could do to just look like everyone else for the day :'(

The other hermits notice this, of course they do, the hybrids especially. They’ve all had those low days, the ones where they feel too much like an other, but they’ve always had people to help, and so they’re going to do the same for Gem.

They start by making the doors wider. Some do it subtlety, (“oh, I just thought a large archway would look better instead.) some… do not, (“Pearl, did you remove your entire front wall?” “The door was too confusing for people.”) but by the end of the week everyone has doors big enough for Gem to comfortably walk through. (And if those with wings don’t have to tuck them in as much, well, that’s just an added bonus)

The other hybrids take her out for a day, showing her how much fun they can have with their extra features. Grian and Pearl take her flying, doing tricks and turns with far more flexibility than an elytra ever could. Jevin shows her how he sneaks into peoples bases for pranks, splitting into multiple tiny versions of himself, before promptly having to run from the hermits who have just figured out who’s been pranking them. Tango starts to show off his blaze powers, before being very quickly reminded by everyone that they’re in a forest.

They spend the whole day like that, and Gem has a huge grin on her face the entire time. She eventually lets some of them play ring toss with her, and if she deliberately sabotages some throws? That’s all part of the fun! Cleo weaves flowers and glow berries between them and into her hair, making her light up with colours across the spectrum.

The hermits never explicitly say what they’re doing, but Gem knows all the same. At the end of the night there’s a big group hug, (though with the number of them it’s more of a pile) and she whispers a quiet thank you, wiping away the tears that everyone pretends not to see.

I like to think that sometimes Clint gets really bored so he goes to locol coffee shops or shopping areas in general and sneaks in through the vents to people watch. Every once in awhile he'll send an email or letter to the place saying that the vents are too big and someone could climb into there and sneak in or something.

Its always fun going back to the place that do install new vents, he always feels giddy when he can, infact, still fit into the the vent.

Anyways.

I just really like to think that sometimes, when he's has his boredest, he'd go to Peter's college and just going into the vents to watch him learn. Its boring. But its also not because sometimes Peter would look over to him and mouth a question that Clint could probably answer.

Peter can't see him, but he can hear him.

Clint can't hear him, but he can lip read, he is deaf, afterall.

Sometimes i like to imagine that the college professor is just so tired of seeing Peter look up towards a vent so he just goes:

"Mr. Parker. Unless there is someone in the vent you're talking to, which i don't think there is, i would kindly appreciate it if you faced forward and listened to my lecture-" or something along those lines.

And then Clint just kicks the vent down- narrowly missing where Peter is sitting -then drops down next to Peter so they can continue their conversation face to face.

I just think it would be nice.

There's a question thats been eating at me ever since I finished Jujustu Kaisen, and that is; Why the hell Is Itadori living completely alone? Like yeah sure he had his grandpa who was in the hospital sure, but still.

Like, the guy is 15 and living alone. If he was 16-17 then I probably wouldn't have much of a problem with this.

And something else: Did any of those doctors even know if Itadori had family left??? They probably knew considering Itadori is the only one to ever come visit is grandpa.
