Made a Sona because why not?

No real backstory for this shapeshifting goober, oh well. He is more of an introverted person, yet still social in one way or another. Listens to a LOT of Ace Combat OSTs and rock for the most part.

Only have a reference for aeromorph and standard aircraft forms; someday I’ll draw him as an aerosaur and maybe even an aerothian, who knows?

Updated Rijn ref!!!

This is my main character and his species is called a Clipper which is distantly related to seals and sea lions (and Heavily based on planes lol, the plane he's inspired by is obviously the 747)

Rijn didn't have the best start in life but he still tries his hardest even though he usually ends up making things worse. You'll either find him painting in his studio or taking research chemicals in a rural barn. No in-between. One time he egged his own house and another time he ate a live crab straight from a river despite his species being herbivores.

Clippers are an extremely intelligent species and one of their inventions is visible here, the permanent shield on his eyes used to protect them while flying at high speeds. The eye holograms can change color on command. The 'flaps' at the back of the wings extend downwards whenever this species is scared, upset, or angry. Only the main set of wings are used during flight but if one walks on land, both sets are used in a way similar to walking on 4 legs

Just a note: pls don't be weird/sexual about him!!! He's Literally Me!! I look like the human version of him!!

Sketchbook nonsense! There’s a second page but for the sake of viewing quality I’ll post that one separately.

So we’ve got that jet I drew a few days ago, my attempt at drawing a jet in perspective from memory, based on a photo I saw, the usual monsters, bad attempt at a castle and dragon, and the bottom of the page are all ideas for what one of my older characters could look like in an apocalypse alternate universe. (Which was honestly just inspired by some movie trailer I saw) The old boy’s name is Fin, he’s a DHC Beaver, the original version of him typically had floats, but for the sake of convince I drew alternate land and flight forms for him too. I think he’ll just have to pull off transformer shenanigans for those forms. Land ver has the weird mask and insectoid legs, flight has his engine, and water his legs convert to floats. Him being a stol plane would easily make him a good companion in a post apocalyptic world. It’s funny because the og Fin is a huge cowardly, awkward thing and here I am drawing him as this no bull, scary looking, war hardened mech. It’s extremely out of character for him so maybe I should just make it a new character instead.

Taking a break from drawing attacks, made this one eyed freak. It’s some mix of a Buckeye and a Skyhawk. This dude has been living rent free in my mind for a few days now and I’ve been meaning to draw him. Don’t got a name. I’ve been digging through my old sketchbooks from around 2018 and so on lately, and holy moly my old airplane oc drawings look so weird now. Theres whole name lists of these characters in some of those books and I can’t even remember who some of those old oc’s are anymore. Like, who tf is Ranger!!!??!? It sounds like it would’ve been a helicopter (likely a 206) but I don’t know man. I guess I’ll just have to re-use those ghost names someday. Kinda feel bad about forgetting these characters. But clearly they weren’t used much if I don’t remember them.
