âI know⌠I just donât want to get complacent with my status and let my grades accidently suffer for it. Iâd rather push through as fast as I can and get it done, so I can start earning proper money and be able to support myselfâŚâ He explained, fidgeting slightly with his fingers. Cold hands moved over his chest and torso, taking measurements with practiced skill as he did his best not to squirm away from the icy touch.
When Levi spoke, Armin blinked. He hadnât realized his chill had been that obvious but he supposed the goosebumps on his pale skin wouldnât exactly go unnoticed to someone working in that close of a proximity. âIâm fine, Iâm always coldâ he insisted, giving a small smile, not wanting to cause that much of a trouble when he was supposed to volunteering to help. Though his smile quickly dissipated the moment Levi spoke once more.
His blue eyes lowered from where Levi stood to his pants, his cheeks once more reclaiming the red flush that had plagued them at the start of their session. He knew he shouldnât be this embarrassed, he had volunteered knowing heâd be measured, fitter and made to model the finished project⌠Of course this boy was going to see him in his skivvies and yet⌠It didnât stop the nervous flutter in his stomach.
âR-RightâŚâ he mumbled, reaching down to unbutton the waistband of his jeans, tugging them off to set them aside, suddenly unable to look Levi in eye as he stood awkwardly in his state of undress.Â
Levi continued to nod, listening to the soft sounds that came from Armin. He hadn't thought about how he might not be able to afford anything at all. Most people had their family to fall back on in hard times of need, but Levi wasn't sure if Armin even had that. After all he little to no idea of his background history. He supposed he could have asked Eren, but usually he wasn't too keen on asking about his best friend in masses of detail.
"If you're always cold you should have requested one. No need to get sick just because you're stood here naked in a studio. After all while most prefer their models boney, I'd prefer if you weren't an actual skeleton because you did frowning before waiting for the student to remove any of the remaining articles of clothing. He tried not to acknowledge that Armin was embarrassed by this, and got straight to taking the measurements that were required. Levi made sure to avoid any unnecessary contact when measuring the inner leg and crotch areas, he didn't want to upset the poor blonde any further after all. Standing back, he made a few last notes in his notepad, and motioned that Armin could put his clothes back on. "All done. Although I have to ask, you're not allergic to any materials are you? Just so I know what I can work with."
;short mutual friends // Levi and Nicolas
deaflinquent:
Nicolas, unlike most of the other students, was grateful that he had his classes scheduled for the early morning. Working as a bouncer at the most popular strip club⌠bar⌠things was pretty tiring and kept him busy most nights. Rowdy teenagers were like kittens with too much catnip; sometimes they just rolled around and looked cute, other times you had to give them a stern talking to because they did something stupid. Then there were the fun nights when talking wasnât enough and Nicolas just had to beat someone senseless. Fun thoughts aside, he was currently in the familiar process of a usual day, despite getting off work early that night. He pulled out his phone to check the time, pleased to see it was still early enough to get some sleep before studying.
What did he even have to study for? He could probably go over the notes he took earlier that day, maybe make some new flash cards⌠Heâd been getting help from Petra in the handwriting department, and he supposed he may as well take the chance to work a little extra on his own. Plus by making flash cards heâd be studying at the same time. A proud little grin came as he mentally patted himself on the back for being so smart.
He reached in his pocket for his phone, absentmindedly scrolling through his schedule as he wondered if he really should take a nap. He wasnât really all that tired, but if he stayed up all night studying heâd have to sleep after his classes⌠And thatâd mean heâd miss lunch. Plus if he did that, he might not get the chance to âaccidentallyâ bump into Petra later. And speaking of gettig bumped intoâ a harsh scowl was shot in his offenderâs direction. Seriously, did everyone in this damn city have to bump into him? Okay, Nicolas knew he was short, but what the hell?
⌠Oh. Nicolas was the one in the way? What was this midgetâs problem, holy crap! He was the one whoâd ran into Nicolas, so how was that his fault? Dammit, what a pain. Couldnât he just go one day without having to deal with such annoying things? After pushing his phone into his pocket, black eyes once again glared at the smaller stranger with a fire that could burn down cities. "Fuck ofFf. mMidDLe scChoOolâs tTHaTt wWaYy." Way to ruin his mood, the little pain. Couldnât he go bother someone his own size?
It took a moment for Levi to realise what exactly had been said towards him. It was clear that the person he bumped into had some kind of speech problems, and while Levi was a 'little ball of rude' on most days he knew better than to comment on something that may be classed as a disability. Especially if it meant they might not be able to defend themselves. He was rude, not a complete asshole. "I'm ten years too old for middle school. Just because I'm short doesn't mean you have to be a bag of dicks about it." Sighing loudly, he glared up at the man. It was weird looking up at someone who seemed to have such similar features, but looked completely different at the same time.  Brushing the feeling of irritation off, he tried to move past him. It only really took a moment of thought that maybe, perhaps with the way that this student seemed to be speaking, he might have been the guy Petra had talked about on occasion. "You wouldn't happen to know a guy called Nicolas, would you?" Glancing he back, part of him hoped he hadn't mistaken him for the wrong person.

That was all Eren needed to hear for him to move, sliding a hand up to gently rest of Leviâs cheek. He gazed down at him, a genuine smile painted across his lips that he couldnât fight. Caring was something Eren was good at; it was something he excelled at and often was guilty of caring too much. Too compassionate, too protective, but he couldnât imagine living his life any other way. He wanted to preserve what he had left, keep in pristine and safe, so he had to care too much and he had to protect it. Even if he didnât know it, Levi had already been added to that list of people Eren wanted to protect. Seeing him like this, as vulnerable as he had ever been in front of the brunette, both broke and warmed his heart at the same time, regardless of what words had been exchanged between them prior.
Leaning forward, Eren pressed his lips to Leviâs own. It was soft, yet full of emotion. Everything Eren was feeling when it came to Levi was thrown into such a simple kiss. When Eren pulled back, he lingered, letting a small, yet quiet, sigh breathe past his lips onto Leviâs face. He rubbed his thumb lightly against Leviâs cheek, caressing it lovingly as he let out a breathy laugh.
"Like this," Eren finally said, "this is a way to show how you care, Levi."
Looking down, Eren then lifted his hand from Leviâs cheek and took his hand instead, sliding his fingers in between Leviâs so that their hands were now linked together.
"Or like this." He said quietly, giving the otherâs hand a squeeze. Eren then lifted their joined hands and turned them, placing a light kiss on the back of Leviâs hand, eyes one again fixated on Leviâs. Eren couldnât even begin to explain the warmth that was spreading throughout his body, but he knew that he didnât want it to stop. He was perfectly content off in this moment with Levi, despite how public their interactions were now. Eren couldnât care less about what other people saw, so long as he had Levi with him.
Close. That was the first word that came to Levi's mind. Just how close Eren was. How his skin seemed to light up when he felt the pads of his fingertips touch his face. He watched as the smile blossomed his face, and for a split second he couldn't help but think that the small smile should be framed and put in a high end art gallery of some kind. The way that it graced Eren's face at all made his stomach flutter. His roommate was so close and it was almost frightening, especially as part of him had always thought any of the feelings Eren might have for him were fleeting moments.Â
Feeling the soft touch of Eren's lips, Levi found it had not to push for more than the gentle caress. He didn't want to scare him away, and if anything the one thing Levi wanted was for him to be closer. As his roommate pulled away, Levi couldn't help but feel slightly sad. He also couldn't help but wonder if it was fair to call Eren his roommate any more, not after what they were going through and had what seemed to be deep mutual feelings towards each other.
Had his attention not been solely on the student before him, Levi might have missed the words that were being said to him. Kisses and holding hands, that seemed simple enough. He felt his face warm slightly as Eren kissed the back of his hand before trying to will the blood away from his cheeks. "It's not like I can just grab your hand in public, Brat. I'm pretty sure that's not something roommates do, nor do I have any idea where your hands could have been." He would have retracted his hands if he hadn't trusted Eren's hygiene at this point. "Although, this is nice, regardless." Levi applied the smallest amount of pressure onto Eren's fingers, allowing the other to know he really did enjoy holding his hand. "Even if I could... the other thing might be a bit more difficult in more... public situations." Levi was still painfully aware how they were in the middle of the hallway. Looking away for a moment he looked back towards the direction of their dorm. "Maybe this isn't the best place to be having this conversation..."
;;I am a ball of insecurities and nothing I do seems to be the right thing. Until I feel better about myself Iâm probably going to be more distant than I already am. Everything is okay though. I promise. If it wasnât I wouldnât be findable.

;Rise and Shine // Levi and Mikasa
resolvere
When he had heard from his uncle that one of his more distant of cousins would be traveling to Soleil, Levi had never expected to hear that she would be studying at the rival university. While Levi really didn't like getting in contact with his uncle, he knew that the only reason that he was telling the fashion student in the first place would be to keep an eye out. Everyone in the Ackerman family was aware that Mikasa could most likely look after herself, but that didn't mean that they didn't someone to keep an eye on her regardless. As much as he knew he should let her make her own mistakes and live her life the way she wanted to, his uncle has specifically asked to make sure she had settled into university and to report back to him. Thus leaving Levi no choice but to cross the city and find out where his cousin was. He stood outside the main building of Sunrise's campus, looking for the girl that he had only seen briefly from family reunions that he never really wanted to be at. It didn't take long before he saw her and made his way over. "You know, I thought you were better than this. You're not the Ackerman I thought you were." He gestured to the university. It wasn't his fault that he was loyal to Sunset, it was more to do with the three years of study already behind him. Once he started to study there he found himself caring more about Sunset than he originally hoped. "Why didn't you tell me you were in the city?"Â
;; difference by a letter {l(a/e)vi}
{ â }â One of the things Lavi hadnât expected was the otherâs answer, however he made sure not to let that by known; Masking his own surprise by a smile. Sometimes he would meet people like this and they always were interesting to speak with so he had zero plans about giving up getting a conversation with this guy. Grabbing a chair by the other, the redhead sat down as if telling the other he wasnât planning on leaving anytime soon.
"It must be a pure chance that theyâre fashion journals thenâ The words arenât any prettier because theyâre in one of those you know, I donât really think letters can be fashionable.â Well of course by using a different font or having a neat way of writing might make them look better? More pretty? He really didnât care as long as he was able to read whatever was written on the surface.
He knew the other was being sarcastic, which was the reason he was using that tone back on the other. He had a habit by using the tone the other spoke with towards him, it made things all the way more fun. âWhat are you really looking for? Maybe I can help, Iâve got a pretty good memory you know and Iâve definitely been through a few of those before.â Visiting someone with his grandfather a summer had led him to those, it had been the reading material there and Lavi couldnât go too long without reading something.Â
Watching as the redhead sat on the chair beside him, Levi mentally groaned. This was the last thing he wanted at the moment. All he wanted was to sit and study and not have someone disturb him. If Levi wanted someone to distract him from his studies he would have stayed in 301 and waited for Eren to eventually pester him. Glaring over to the student who sat next to him, he waited patiently for him to stop talking before saying what he really wanted to. "You're just jealous that you're not as pretty as they are. I can't help if I'd rather stare at them and pray that the information would enter my brain through some kind of osmosis." Part of Levi hoped that this guy knew he was being sarcastic, but also wouldn't blame the poor student if he believed every word that escaped his mouth. "Also, if you don't think letters can be fashionable I need to show you some of the fashion that came out of 2013." Levi looked down at the journals before him, realising that any concentration that he had previously was gone by now. Sighing he closed the journal and pushed it across the table away from him. "I'm looking for something unique. Something is actually captivating and surprising. Nothing in this library is grabbing my attention and I need some inspiration." He had no idea if this student would be able to help him, but Levi couldn't see any harm in letting the redhead have his fun.
;tigermisu troubles // levi and chiaki
Chiaki found herself smiling when the other laughed. Being completely honest, the girl wasnât sure whether he was genuinely laughing, or in a sarcastic manner in reply to something she had said. Sheâd hope for the first, though wouldnât put past the possibility of the latter. Either way, she returned the laugh with a small smile of her own. Levi was definitely anâŚÂ interesting person. Chiaki decided she wouldnât mind hanging out with him, even if he did seem a bit⌠angry? Irritable? Well- no matter.Â
Upon the rejection of her offer to help, Chiaki simply nodded. Yea, she might be a little protective of a giant plush, too. Maybe. Probably. And then he finally asks something she can help with: the whereabouts of the game room. While people werenât her strong point, navigation was something she could handle.Â
âThat⌠I do know,â she answered, "It isnât too far, so it shouldnât take us long at all, probablyâŚ" Chiaki added on, turning to walk in the direction of the game room. She decided against making any sort of small talk. Not only was she awful at it, but he didnât seem like the type to enjoy it.Â
As she had predicted, it didnât take the duo long to reach their destination. Chiaki looked to the station that had the game they wanted to play and, to her relief, nobody was occupying it. Chiaki turned back to Levi and pointed to the area with a small smile and a nod of 'I was right!'. "Yup, there is is, all freed up." she said, already moving through the crowd to claim the seats.Â
ââŚ..now you can show me your fancy tricks you mentioned.â
He nodded at the answer that he got, glad that Chiaki seemed to know where she was going. Levi couldn't help but feel a little bit unsure of her answer, especially due the vast amount of people who seemed to be here at the convention. With so many people he was almost certain it would take them twice the time to actually get to the room. He trusted Chiaki somewhat not to get them lost.  Allowing her to lead them through the crowds, Levi clung onto his Tigermisu tightly. Glad that no one had purposely gone out of their way to pull at the plus or grab either of their attentions. Taking a seat, he placed Mr Tigermisu on the one beside him. Picking up the controller, the first thing he did was press the xbox home button, and scrolled across to the gamerpic selection stage, smirking when he couldn't see what he was looking for. "Firstly there is a hidden gamerpic that can be unlocked for this game." Opening the game's main menu Levi set it to a new garden.Â
Garden Name: Pinata People
He allowed this to load up before leaving the game and heading to the in game credits. "You need to have a garden with that name so that it unlocks the credits, and then once you're hear you have to hit all the sours to get the gamerpic." He handed the controller over to Chiaki and smiled. "Go ahead, give it a go."
;fashion fittings // levi and armin
âI-Itâs not that!â Armin said quickly, shaking out his head, âI donât have anything against being here, I just want to get to my masters degree as quickly as I canâŚ. Iâm on a full ride scholarship, and I donât want to lose it for taking to long with my degreesâ He explained, though as he said it outside he knew how stupid it sounded, but the fear of not being able to afford his own school, food or board was one that was deep set.
As much as he would normally be grateful for the distraction, this time he would rather talk about his financial issues. A shiver moved down his spine as his bare skin was exposed to the room, and he hoped that Levi would be quick in his work. Though his words of for now were haunting
.He couldnât help but jump when Leviâs fingers touched his skin, not expecting the sudden contact, expecting at least a warning before hand. Averting blue eyes to the wall he just nodded half heartedly.Â
âItâs fineâŚâ he assured though he was fidgeting, continually reminding himself that he needed the credit. He just wanted to get it over with as quickly as possible and a break wasnât going to do that.
Levi thought about that for a moment. Armin had a point, although he highly doubted they would through someone off a scholarship for the pure reason that they took longer than they should have. He could appreciate why Armin would feel worried about something like that, especially if you couldn't afford university at all without the help of a scholarship. "I've never known anyone to be kicked off a scholarship program because they took too long." Then again, Levi didn't really know a lot of people to begin with and he was willing to bet that Armin was the only person whom he actually knew that was on a scholarship. Noticing the shiver slightly, Levi took a second to look around the small changing room to see if there was a space heater, anything to stop his volunteer from feeling cold. Not seeming to find one he glanced at the blonde. "We don't have a space heater in here, so you'll have to bite the bullet and deal with the cold for a short while." Levi made sure to take the next few measurements as quickly as possible. Writing all the figures down for his top half, he smiled slightly and took a step back. "Just the bottom half left. You can put your shirt back on, but those," He pointed towards the trousers that Armin was wearing "Need to go. I'll save you some dignity and say that your underwear can stay."
[[ Walk Walk, Fashion Baby]] - Closed for Ackerbutts
"Well with a painted canvas on the wall itâs detached. Itâs an inanimate object that holds significance⌠Even those who donât understand what the artist was trying to convey can pretend that they do. If everyone around them is appreciating something it becomes a social trigger to appreciate it too, just to not stand out from the ânormâ" The psychology major started, sighing a little at a topic that hit a little too close to home, though he would never admit it.
"The minute itâs someone who it supposed to be the same as them, doing something to stand themselves out⌠People internally panic. Their minds cant process that someone would possibly do something that would have made them uncomfortable. Because they cant imagine themselves doing it, it becomes taboo and subconsciously needs to be rejected. Many people see Lady Gaga as someone who is pushing boundaries they didnât even know they had until her presence made them uncomfortable. Itâs why so many people will down talk her but the minute you ask them why they canât give you an answer besides something superficial. People reject what they donât understandâ
Blinking a little, amber eyes fell on the look on Leviâs face and realized that heâd allowed himself to babble⌠Quite extensively. Shutting himself  up a small embarrassed blush found his face as he just gave an awkward chuckle. âSorry, I kinda got away from myself there, I blame the three hour lecture this afternoonâ He  apologized sheepishly, grateful for the introductions to distract from how much heâd just made an ass of himself.
"Levi! Itâs nice to meet you, Iâm Aoba" He said quickly, shifting his bag so he could hold out his hand to the other student.
For some reason, Levi really didn't take this guy to be someone who could talk thoughtfully about anything. He had assumed him to be one of those hipster kids who wanted to have soft grunge hair. Had Aoba not been talking about something that he actually cared about, Levi would have walked away from the conversation with a sigh and hoped that he wouldn't follow.  "How exactly does a three hour lecture have anything to do with going on about Lady Gaga?" He spoke with an unfamiliar softness in his voice. Levi wasn't annoyed with Aoba at all. He merely was curious. "You should never apologise about talking about her, especially not to me." Levi allowed a small smirk to grace his face. Usually if people got wind of his love for the musical artist they would laugh or cast jokes his way. Seeing the hand before him struck some worry to Levi, to the point he noticeably felt in his pocket to make sure that he had a bottle of hand sanitiser on him. Feeling relief wash over him, he slowly shook his hand, shaking it with a firm grasp. As soon as Levi was able to let go of the bluenette's hand, he grabbed the bottle and cleaned his hands as best he could. He knew it was a rude thing to do, but he had no idea where Aoba's hands could have been. Looking up, he pulled an apologetic face, hoping that would be enough to let the action pass by. After all Levi wasn't exactly the kind of person who said sorry often, and he didn't want those apologies to be discredited just because he needed to clean his hand.
;;why would you want to stay? // levi + sunako
â She just watched the male play Five Nights at Freddyâs horribly. Sure he did get some pointers right, but the fact that he was only on the first night and that he died on it made her cringe a bit. She stood behind him, leaning forward to get a good glimpse of the screen. She stayed quiet for a few moments before she ended up having him continue on the first night.
She pointed at the screen âFirst night you get Bonnie and Chica going after you. Bonnie escapes first and appears on the left door. His patterns is that he goes to the party room, the parts room, the corridors on your left and then once he vanishes, heâll be on your door. If youâre not too sure, use the light on the left side to check and then close the door right away. Chica appears on the right side of everything. Her pattern is similar to Bonnieâs but she doesnât go to the parts room.â Hopefully she was able to help him out at least. He seemed like he needed it.
Levi nodded and took the information into consideration. The fact that this girl had seemed to know exactly what was going on within the game made him feel slightly confident about passing through the first night. Taking his time, he made sure to check the cameras, making sure to keep an eye on both Bonnie and Chica, checking the hallways as often as he could without running out of battery. When the clocked chimed that it was 6am, Levi could feel a sigh of relief escape him. "How is it you know so much about this game anyway?" He pressed the 'esc' key, allowing him to go back to the main menu so that he didn't get frightened once more when the animatronics would eventually pop out at him. Leaning back on the chair, Levi looked the girl up and down. She seemed familiar, maybe she was from that animal lovers society that Levi had jokingly joined so that he could annoy Eren with his application. "Haven't I seen you around somewhere?"
