Good Omens did something profound to me.

Good Omens changed my life.

One year after Season 2, this is my recap:

Yes, I am one of so many people who found themselves enlightend about their own person. All the shades of queer, that are colouring my life. I didn't have that one year ago. It was there, but I wasn't brave enough to embrace it. Now I am! And it did something wonderful to me.

I find myself wondering where my depression went. Because I always thought depression never goes anywhere but we can only learn to deal with it the best way possible. But dude... I'm not dealing with anything.

All I learned about myself in the past year was the most healing thing I've ever experienced. And GO2 was the initial spark. The fundamental kick in my ass, telling me, that yes, I don't fit into the world I was given as a child. But I fit damn well in the world GO2 gave me. And it is real. My life, my feelings, my love and my passion are not an illusion.

GO made me become a real person. Out of my head into this world.

And seeing it written here, I'm joyfully crying because of the relief, the deep gratitude I'm feeling and the colourful time that lies ahead.

Thank you.

Honestly, when it comes to being a fan of the Hellverse, you will inevitably come across some grossness from the fandom. But seriously, no one in the fandom makes me GAG more than Stella apologists. No seriously, it’s disgusting. Because it would be one thing if you liked her for how evil she is, or think she’s hot. But some of yall will genuinely DEFEND her, because “she’s also a victim.”

The age of media literacy is dead, because do you not hear yourselves??? Stolas and Stella were both victims in the sense that they were both forced into this marriage. But that is where we draw the line.

“She was only ever meant to be a bride and mother against her will!” Yes, and Stolas was equally victimized by the arrangement. I need yall to understand that Stella is a bird and even says “I’m glad one egg fell out of me” (while publically shit talking Stolas btw). It is not hard for birds to lay eggs. It is not the same as a human pregnancy nor should it be equated as such. She throws parties to humiliate Stolas, physically and verbally abuses him in front of their daughter and their guests, likely is manipulating her daughter for her own personal gain, does not care that he disassociates during sex. The list literally goes on and on about how horrible this wench is, while Stolas did everything he could for 17 YEARS to make them comfortable and even hides his abuse to save face.

That fact that I saw someone genuinely make the comment that Stella should hit Stolas and that Stolas deserves it is past the point of heartbreaking and into the territory of pissed off.

Say it with me now. Stolas. Is. A. Victim. Of. Abuse. He represents a very real demographic of people. Maybe not obscenely rich, royal or magical, but is part of the demographic of male abuse victims that are belittled, dismissed and overlooked. Like, I can’t imagine being such a shitty person that when the stakes are low (Stolas not being real that is) you still fail the test of basic human decency. Fucking embarrassing.

You clearly don't care about the status of American democracy, which Trump has openly stated he plans to destroy on day 1 he is in office.

if you want to vote for a third party, what you are going to do is vote for biden in november 2024 and then as soon as that’s done, start trying to get ranked choice voting in your state

we will ALWAYS be a two party system until voting reform happens, and voting reform won’t happen if project 2025 happens.
