and i do think that was on purpose, because even if you knew you had a problem with spelling (which this guy does not appear to), my full first name appears in the body of the email FOUR TIMES, so you could just cut and paste if you had any iota of respect for the person you were emailing!

it was a day of incompetent men and corporate sexism and then to cap it off an old white male trustee of my organisation decided to start calling me "addy" AGAIN without permission (we have never even met in person) and i had to close my laptop and go home before i literally bit someone

and tomorrow i'll have to answer this email and i'll want to write something like hi fuckwad, my name is (full name), it is a beautiful and meaningful name and it was given to me by my dead mother. even if i did use a nickname in this sphere of my life, which i don't, we do not have the kind of relationship where you can nickname me and btw it is Extremely fucking sexist of you to apply a diminutive name to a junior female colleague and no-one else!"

but instead i'll have to write "Hi! Just so you know I actually prefer (full name)! No worries, you didn't know! :)" so i don't get labelled a BITCH

anyway no further men are allowed to speak to me today. blessed to be in my dyke house with my dyke wife and the only boy allowed is my tiny kitten who can't even talk.
