I've recently been getting into photography so wanted to post some of what I've gotten so far, I'm still not great but I'm somewhat proud of these

In order to put some sort of a limit to my uncontrollable habit of inhaling hummus at financially unfortunate speeds, I decided I'm going to get bell peppers and use the hummus as vegetable dip. So for every jar of hummus I eat, I'm going to have to chop a vegetable, and will also have to eat a vegetable. And it works, which I find supremely annoying. And just as I'm chopping my second pepper of the day, a mockingly sing-song voice in my head goes

Oooh, look at me, I am mr. Fancypants, my hummus spoon is a ~vegetable~

And first and foreremost I have to ask myself why the hell is my internal narration voiced by Homer Simpson.

I'm... I'm not going to lie, here: I'm a little disturbed by the implication that you weren't dipping anything in the hummus and were just eating whole containers with a spoon like pudding cups.

I agree, as much as I love hummus the fact that "hummus spoon" is being treated as a perfectly normal thing here disturbs me deeply, who are these behemoths eating straight hummus?

I would train to be like them but I fear because I love hummus so much I'd unironically start going through a container a day which would not be good for my finances or my health
