After a lot of thought, I have made a decision. I wanted to make everyone aware of it. There has been a lot of negativity in the fandom, and the events of the show have just made things a lot more stressful. Roleplaying is supposed to be fun, but oftentimes I find my muse to be very low. Neal tends to gravitate towards certain threads more than others.

I’ve thought about this and I feel like what I need is a fresh start. So, I will no longer be roleplaying on this blog. Before I explain further, first let me apologize. I know I’ve already retired one blog and now I’m doing so for another, but sometimes you just need to find a place where your muse can thrive.

I will not be giving out my new url to everyone. I will be selective and I will be private. I will not follow everyone back. However, there are several people I do want to continue to rp with and I would like our threads to continue over on my other account.

I will say up front, I will be single ship and I already have an Emma, and will not be acknowledging any others. This is not a personal thing. This is simply because the other mun and I have built up a lot of history for our muses together, and they tend to gravitate towards one another.

Again, I do apologize if this has inconvenienced anyone. I will be in the process of following people over the next few days and messaging various people regarding continuing our threads. 

Also, this does NOT apply to my sideblogs. My other muses are remaining the same, so no worries there. Thank you for your patience and once again I’m sorry.

All this being said, I will still be tracking adreamcatcherandakeychain just in case, but you are free to unfollow.

I’m playing the devil’s advocate here, but it’s not really up to Jane Espenson. It’s ABC that decides whether or not to renew the show. Jane can say there is going to be a million seasons, but if ABC doesn’t renew next year, she’s wrong.

Snow took a deep breath and realized this was going to be another long talk - but she was a stubborn woman and she was not going to give up on her son in law. She leaned against a tree and looked at him, “Has Emma ever told you her dad’s story? He was a villager just like you for all his life. It was all that he knew. Then one day he found out not only did he have a twin, but his twin was a royal. The son to a horrible and cruel king. That king forced David to take the image of his son and become a royal all within the span of a day pretty much. And if he didn’t, they would have his mother killed in front of him and then kill him. He had no time to adjust slowly, it was either do or die. Look at him now… He is one of the greatest rulers and peace keepers I have ever met.” A fond smile played her lips but she shook her head before she could get too distracted. 

“The point is.. I know it’s a lot to take in and get used to. I apologize if we are being pushy or trying to force it upon you too fast. But it is possible. It is possible for you to be the next great ruler. If you so choose, you just have to give it a chance. You have all the time in the world and… I’m willing to make a few changes for you to be comfortable. Emma needs you Baelfire.”

Baelfire continued to listen to her and realized that she did understand on some level. Still, he wasn't sure if he could do it. "I just...I don't want to disappoint anyone. And I may not be cut out for it." He said, shrugging. A small smile graced his lips. "I need her too. And I'm sorry that I ran, but running is the only thing I know. It's all I know how to do. I've been running for so long that it's the natural thing." He explained.

"I just want to live up to everyone's expectations, and yet I'm not sure I'll be able to do that." He confessed. He then looked at her curiously. "What kind of changes?" He asked.

And you chose to abandon her. You’re no better than my father! And then...and then, you lied. You had the chance to start fresh with Tink. And you blew it. Did you learn nothing about being selfless, brave and true? What the fuck were you thinking? Did you tell Tink anything? Does she know about our past yet? Or were you too busy making out to be honest with her?”

His cheek was still red and slightly swollen from being slapped, when he opened the door. “Thanks for coming by so quickly.” Stiffly stepping aside to let Neal inside, he told him about the current situation and how it ended for now. “She wanted to spend the night at the convent.”

“You son of a bitch!” Neal glared at the man before him. “Give me one good reason why I shouldn’t punch you? You had one job, August! That was to not fucking break her heart!” He was seething, obviously. His fist was clenched and he was breathing deeply, trying to talk himself out of hitting the man.

August let out a small relieved sigh when he finally picked up. Nervously brushing the free hand through his hair. “I screwed up.” He started straight out to await the next punishment. “Can you come over? I’m a bit indisposed.”

His words immediately concerned Neal. Screwed up? What did that mean? “What do you mean, you screwed up?” He sighed. “Yeah, I’m on my way.” He hung up the phone, figuring he’d find out the answer when he arrived. Leaving the house, Neal headed over to see August, and when he arrived, he knocked.

After a long talk with her husband and realizing she was in the wrong, which she would never admit out loud, Snow was on the hunt to find Baelfire. Shortly after her talk Snow went to find him but the room was empty. Though she could have checked Emma’s room she doubted he would be there again. A sinking feeling made her realize that he had probably left and now she found herself tracking him through the woods. “Baelfire!” 

Finally, after hours of searching, he was in her sights. Snow ran towards him and grabbed his arm to stop him in his tracks. “You really thought you could just leave without saying goodbye?” Now, she rushed out with words before he could say anything, “Please, just listen for a moment. I’m sorry, what I did back there was unacceptable and I realize that now. I didn’t take your feelings into account when you have already given up so much. It was insensitive and I will try not to do such a thing again. Whatever is going on we can work through it. I just…don’t understand why you would leave without a single word. And I doubt you said anything to Emma cause she would have been here with you.”

Baelfire was still searching for a place to settle down for the night. However, after awhile, he heard a familiar voice and let out a sigh. He sped up his pace a bit, not wanting to talk to Snow, but she caught up to him and stopped him. Before he could say anything, Snow spoke.

Baelfire listened to her and then let out another heavy sigh. “I left Emma a note. I couldn’t say goodbye, because you’re right, she would’ve come with me. I won’t make Emma choose. I won’t put her in the position of having to choose between you and me.” He said. “But, I can’t do this anymore. I can’t keep pretending that this life is my life. I’m not a royal, Snow.”

With the pain slowly easing, August more and more was able to think straight again. No way he could leave now, he knew that. Would he try, everything would only get worse. Their relationship, just as much as his own condition though this was only secondary worry. He needed to fight to keep Tinkerbell. Still he also needed to find a solution. Clio must be going through hell right now too, he thought. She was waiting for her father to call her back.

August reached for his cellphone and called Neal. Knowing, that he would be just as mad at him for hurting Tink but still the brunette was hoping that he would understand from the point of being a father as well and maybe could help him.

Neal had yet to hear of any of this, so at the moment, his mood was good. However, he was unaware of what was about to happen. He was in his studio working ona project when his cellphone rang. Glancing at the caller ID he saw August’s name and frowned.

Setting his work aside, he picked up the phone and hit the answer button. “August? What’s up?” He asked, curiously.
