Some fantastic sodas from Pops in Arcadia, Oklahoma! Located off of Historic Route 66, Pops has over 600 types of soda and serves classic diner-style American fair. That cream soda on the left is probably the greatest drink I've ever consumed. =)

The Ardee Dog, from Mutt’s Amazing Hot Dogs in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! This hot dog consists of Kobe Beef, truffle aioli, potato salad, blue cheese, and fried onions!

Homemade butterbeer, using the recipe from designdazzle.com! My sister, who has recently come back from the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, says that it tastes almost exactly like the butterbeer there. RECIPE: Butterbeer: 2 liter cream soda 2 tablespoons Butter extract 2 teaspoons rum extract *drop the extracts into the 2 liter bottle, put on cap and slowly rotate until combined. Cream topping: 1 7oz container of marshmallow creme 1 cup whipping cream 1 teaspoon rum extract *add all items together in an electric mixer and combine until smooth. Pour the butterbeer into a glass, drizzle with the cream topping, and enjoy! 10/10 would recommend to all of my fellow potterheads. :)

Sea Monster sushi roll @ Sushi Neko in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The roll includes avocado, sesame seeds, and tempura lobster. The martini glass holds more tempura lobster, tobiko, and mango slices all on top of a seaweed salad.

Seared Miso Salmon @ the Yak & Yeti restaurant in Disney's Animal Kingdom, Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The first absolutely fantastic meal I've had on this trip. The flavors of the rice, the fish, the bok choy, the shiitake, and the pepper salad complemented each other more intricately and delicately than any other dish I've had all week.
