African Ancestral Affirmation: I am supported by my ancestors, Olodumare and The Universe, therefore everything always works out for me. Repeat this affirmation three times in the morning or use the 3-6-9 method.
When you have a light, you have a light. Even when there is darkness all around you, you shine bright. Like a beacon, shining out from the center of the darkest night, you illuminate the world around you. That sparkle, that light is a gift. It is favor, it is grace, it is a blessing. With every gift comes responsibility. Be grateful for your light, nurture and protect your light. Remember, not everyone is drawn to or appreciates the light. And not everything is of the light. Be mindful of who and what you allow into your life. Choose wisely and never allow your ego extinguish your light. Honor that light, it is part of your purpose, part of your destiny. - Agbọ́nirègún (NaijaZen)

Hibiscus Tea Benefits - Blood Pressure, Weight Loss, Liver , Cholesterol
Egyptian Organic Hibiscus Flowers - 16oz Resealable Bag (1lb) ā https://amzn.to/2ULrv10 ā
Hibiscus Tea has a high vitamin C content and is full of antioxidants. Hibiscus tea is particularly rich in anthocyanins, which are flavonoids that are linked to a reduced risk of chronic diseases. Whether you call it hibiscus tea, zobo or sorrel, it has a host of benefits, including lowering blood pressure, heart health, cancer fighting polyphenols, weight loss, liver health, cholesterol & triglyceride support (blood fat levels). It is also great for the skin, look out for my next video on hibiscus for skincare.
Order Organic Hibiscus Flowers Below - it is a loose tea which can also be ground and used for your skin. Egyptian Organic Hibiscus Flowers - 16oz Resealable Bag (1lb) ā https://amzn.to/2ULrv10 ā
Yes it is an affiliate link, but I do drink hibiscus tea daily (preferably Nigerian or this brand of organic Egyptian hibiscus) and will be posting my morning herbal concoction soon. You can also buy Sorrel in Caribbean grocery stores if you live in a big city, but I find the quality is often lacking and beware of pesticides. In my opinion, Nigerian and Egyptian hibiscus have a deeper color and taste. I tend to think the deeper the color the more anthocyanins it has. So I go for deeper whenever I can.
