Jamaican Sorrel Drink (Vegan)

I made Zobo from Coffee Talk 2 today, aka Hyde’s favorite drink! It tasted amazing! After checking several recipes that had multiple variations, I finally ended up making mine with the following:

1 cup pineapple juice (I emptied out the juice of a can of Dole pineapples and put the pineapples in the fridge for later) 1 cup water 1/2 inch peeled and chopped ginger 1 cinnamon stick 5 whole cloves 1/3 cup dried hibiscus Brought all ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan on medium heat, removed from heat, let steep for 5 minutes, strained, drank.
