I Am The Walrus is legitimately the most modern sounding Beatles song right up there with Abby Road, even more modern if I say so. I said this to my friend and he said because modern music tries to replicate this era of music but it's not even that because Piano, Bass, Drums type songs are more popular in this era because it's easier than guitars. This song reminds me of Welcome to The Internet but even more chaotic. I think the orchestra really makes the song sound more modern and I don't even know why.
