The Warriors have an emphasis on engaging with the enemy in combat, gathering intel, and sabotaging the enemy while Agents/Bosses/District Leaders have an emphasis on research, transporting and protecting Aspeclings, and infiltrating enemy organizations for the purpose of protecting Aspeclings.

Dragon Warriors: Bold forward attacks, generally plan and lead the offense, the tanks of the operation, emphasis on brutality in hand to hand combat (think Krav Maga), also do ranged attacks but ones that cause mass destruction (think bombs and flamethrowers as opposed to arrows).
Gryphon Warriors: Aerial based attacks emphasizing precision over destruction (think arrows, spears, darts, guns), emphasis on ranged attacks and rarely engage in hand to hand combat.
Salamander Warriors: Elemental magic, use magic in combat. Also excel at camouflage and blending into their environment and help come up with cover stories for Foxes and Shadows going undercover/going on missions.
Fox Warriors: Function as spies to infiltrate the enemy to gather intel, usually go undercover long term and pass along their info to Rabbits. Fighting technique emphasizes tricking your opponent, if they engage in combat they try to keep it as short as possible; usually use weapons that can be hidden like daggers, brass knuckles, throwing stars, tasers, rings that double as knives, improvising weapons.
Rabbit Warriors: Pacifists, emphasis on scouting, they function as scouts and couriers that don’t engage the enemy but do observe them; they are the eyes of the factions. Rabbit Warriors are also called the eyes and it’s common for them to say “I’m an eye” when stating their occupation to other Initiative Center members or for them to say ‘I am an eye’ to center themselves. Emphasis on getting away from the enemy if they have to engage them.
Shadow Warriors: Specializes in stealth and subterfuge, emphasis on technique in a fight and toying with your enemy’s minds. Specialize in extractions (both allies, our own people, and enemies). Uses the emphasis on psychological attacks to trick enemies into divulging sensitive information without realizing it.
Cornerstone Cat Warriors: Defensive techniques in hand to hand combat, build up bases/strongholds, defend the most important parts, generally establish camps, outposts, and trenches. The Engineers of the Clans. Emphasis on medics as well.
