It’s so diverse! It’s so similar to things we’ve seen in other marvel content, yet so different! Especially when you hit season 4. I love how it ties into Thor: Dark World and Captain America: Winter Soldier in season 1! It also ties into Captain America: Civil War in season 4 with the Sokovia Accords! That being said I’m not a fan of the second half of season 5, but I am not going to go into that, because it is a very unaccepted opinion! But let’s go, starting with the fact that season 4 is my favorite season! I love the whole framework arc. I think it is super interesting (something that hadn’t been done yet). And this is coming from someone who’s favorite is Leo Fitz/Fitzsimmons! It was just so original… and then the whole time travel stuff in season 5-6! I know this is an unpopular opinion as well, but I loved “Coulson” in season 6. It was so sad for my Philinda heart, but as a whole, it was cool to see a new Coulson. It was kinda our first look at the multiverse! Think about it, season 6 came out in 2018, meaning all of the time travel in AOS takes place before Endgame ever came out! Agents of Shield is actually the starting point for a lot of the different events that take place in the movies, but no one watches it so they don’t even know! I just watched it for the first time this year, and I don’t know how I lived without it for this long! And the character arc of Daisy is incredible! Personally I think she is at her best in season 6! And Mack is absolutely AMAZING! He has always been one of my faves. Him and Yoyo and Flint are such a cute family! I love Huntingbird! Was sad to see them go, but seeing Hunter again in season 5 was so cool and exciting! Even though Grant Ward got worse and worse as the seasons drew out, Brett Dalton did a fantastic job! He practically played 3 different characters in the same series! That is incredible. Melinda May… nothing needs to be said…. except that Ming Na Wen is an incredible actress and can play anyone! She’s amazing! Love Ghostrider! Honestly kinda miss him. And the whole Deke/Fitzsimmons situation, like what amazing writing! It’s so funny and different, and perfect! And if I am missing anyone, that either means they were really good or really bad haha. I think the diversity and how it was written out is just amazing and unique! It’s different, but that’s what makes it so good!
