I have to admit, I’m a bit confused why everyone thinks Daisy stayed permanently in space? They’re on a mission (to ostensibly help the Chronicoms and make allies in space and scope out possible threats) that doesn’t mean they’re never returning to Earth? They’re just working. Daisy has always been a good ambassador of sorts, and good at reading others. It’s why she was the team’s asset “welcome wagon” since s1. And she was already familiar with space from when they looked for Fitz, so I feel like that’s why she was chosen.

Also, there’s nothing keeping any of them from seeing each other again? Imo, Enoch’s prophecy about never being in the same room together again was about someone having to stay behind in the other timeline, so the prophecy was already fulfilled because Deke won’t be there with them. I guess the ending has never bothered me either because it feels like a real family situation where you move out of the house, but you still get together when you’re able. They can’t be agents forever either, and all of them already took on so much trauma that they’d reach their breaking point sooner than later.

Edit: (thank you @basketball-broadway !) Coulson also asks Daisy to call him when she gets back so it’s definitely confirmed she will return at some point.
