I had therapy today and it was emotional, going over the fact that I saw my rapist on Tuesday. While I feel better after talking to my therapist, I also feel drained from the rush of emotions I had been keeping at bay for two days. But she helped me remember the good I still have in my life, that I still have things keeping me grounded and focused on my goals.
