[they/he] hello!! I barely post :( but I was officially 1 year post top surgery a couple days ago so i thought i’d let you see what a keyhole procedure looks like completely healed!!! I had a swollen hematoma on the left side (if you scroll to my old posts, it’s gnarly but yea) but it looks like a cis dude chest tbh you can’t tell! My nips were also reduced because they protruded a LOT. Next month I’ll be 3 years on T! No plans for any other surgeries or anything, just to keep on living my best life. (and pay off my medical debt LOL)

Hey, I’m Elliott (he/they)! I’m the current Vice President of Lyricist Lounge, a preforming arts club, and I am also a Symphonic Band member for the 2018-2019 school year! I need some help though. This is my first year hosting the Beneficiary Night for LL, which will help pay for our senior’s graduation ceremony, and also the first year I present myself in a masculine fashion. In order to do that, I need to dress like all the other boys that night (dress clothes). The whole week is dress for success so I need to be able to dress well, just as the other boys. I tried to buy clothes but my money (~$140) was stolen so I can’t.

Before and After Anyone?

I had top surgery (peri-areolar (keyhole) with Dr. Daniel Medalie in Cleveland) 3 months ago and so I thought I’d do the ‘after’ pics to go along with the ‘before’ pictures I took! Maybe a little recap, too?

Here’s pre-T me - small and untouched by the grace of man juice - and 6 months on T me, slightly larger but still bean-shaped:

It’s been a great time gettin’ prodded w/ needles for all these years (lol only 2 but w/e). I have no ragrets (( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)) and also I’m gay.

hello heres my face. life is good. my chest is healed. my acne isn’t that bad. im back on my T (had a little hiatus after top surgery for about 6 months, my period really sucked and I didn’t miss it). my hair is growing out, not thinning or anything which is cool. im still gay, as usual. yeah its way good

I hope this is okay to ask and isn't rude (Sorry if it came off that way wasn't trying to) but what size was your chest pre-top surgery ? I have a relatively small chest (34A/34B I believe..haven't worn a bra in a long ass time so idk but it's around there..) and was trying to see if peri-keyhole was right for me since my chest is on the smaller scale.Does it depend on the surgeon you go to if your chest qualifies for that kind of top surgery procedure ?

Usually A-B range is perfect for keyhole; I was a 34B pre top surgery. It could depend on your surgeon and some surgeons don’t do keyhole so it’s always good to ask!

I hope this isn't triggering or rude to say (I'm sorry if it is..) but when I looked through your blog I felt a bit better about myself.I myself am a nonbinary individual who's on the slimmer side (pre-everything & afab) and seeing someone who's on T & has had top surgery while still looking absolutely fantastic (as well as attractive 🔥🔥) makes me feel like I wouldn't look half as bad when I start T & have top surgery.Thanks for giving me hope ! Loved your blog by the way

My first facial hair update for today!! I was about 3 months on T in the first pic and i’m almost 2 and a half years on T now! (I feel like my acne got a little better, too; which was something I never thought would happen!!!)
