You and Natasha had a long... and complicated history.. going back to when she just left the red room, she had escaped.. and left you there alone after being your rock for years and saying during late nights that you guys would leave together eventually you got enough courage and escaped with a few others and started building yourself a life in New York as a vigilante you kept a couple tabs open on Natasha.

You may have seen her a few times... a bit more than seen her some would say, but you kept your distance after a few months of hooking up.

You're in and out of motels trying to earn money taking up any work you can find, even ones you shouldn't take. Taking down people who should be left alone which is what got you in this position kidnapped by a crime lord, thankfully he let you live but not without a busted face and split lip.
