Is ʿĀʾishah (رضي الله عنها) Invited too? The Prophet’s Treatment and Care of His Wife – By Imām an-Nawawī (رحمه الله)
Anas (رضي الله عنه) reported that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ had a Persian neighbour who could prepare a good soup. One day he cooked soup for the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ and came to him to invite him. The Messenger of Allāh asked: ‘And is ʿĀʾishah invited too?’ He replied; ‘No’. So the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: ‘No, (in declining the invitation)’. The neighbour returned once more and invited him again, and the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ asked; ‘Is ʿĀʾishah invited too?’ He replied; ‘No’, and so the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said; ‘No (in declining the invitation)’. He returned a third time to invite him and Allāh’s Messenger ﷺ again asked: ‘And is ʿĀʾishah invited too?’ the neighbour replied; ‘Yes’, so the Prophet and ʿĀʾishah made their way until they reached his house.
Imām an-Nawawī (رحمه الله):
“As for the second narration about the story of the Persian, then that is another issue all together. It is conceived to mean that there was an excuse that prevented the Prophet ﷺ from the obligation of accepting the invitation. The Prophet had the permissible options which were to either accept or reject the invitation, and since ʿĀʾishah was in a state of hunger or some situation similar, he chose to reject it unless she was invited.
The Prophet ﷺ hated to be singled out for food without her, and this (insisting on ʿĀʾishah’s attendance) is the from the beautiful dealings, rights of companionship and recommended social conduct [that is enjoined by Islām]. So when she was permitted to attend, the Prophet ﷺ chose the second permissible option for the sake of a greater benefit. And that was to achieve what he desired of honouring his wife, the fulfilment of good conduct towards her and his compassion in what occurred.”

The Knowledge of ‘Ā’ishah (رضي الله عنها)
It is reported from Abû Mûsâ Al-Ash’arī (Allāh be pleased with him) that he said:
“We the Companions of Allāh’s Messenger – Allāh’s peace and blessings be upon him – never had difficulty in understanding a hadīth except that when we asked ‘Ā’ishah we found she had some knowledge about it.”
It is reported from Masrūq (Allāh have mercy on him) that he said:
“We swear by Allāh, we have seen senior Companions of Allāh’s Messenger – Allāh’s peace and blessings be upon him – asking ‘Ā’ishah about inheritance laws.”

Clarification
Asalaamualaykum wa rahmatullaah wa barakaatuh,
We would like to make clear that this blog does not support ISIS/the beliefs of the deviant Islamic sect the Khawaarij [See leaflet – A Warning Against ISIS & the Correct Islamic Position Concerning Terror Groups].
We felt it imperative to make this information known as unfortunately there are a number of blogs on Tumblr that promote deviated ideologies and the actions of those who commit heinous crimes in the name of Islam. For this reason it is important for us to make our stance absolutely clear.
May Allaah guide us all toward what is correct and enable us to do good in His way. Ameen.
Beware of the Following Names
Ahmad Mūsā Jibrīl is NOT a Salafī Scholar.
Abdul Azīz at-Tarafe is NOT a Salafī Scholar.
Sālih Al-Munājjid is NOT a Salafī Scholar.
Sulaymān Al-Ulwān is NOT a Salafī Scholar.
Nāsir Al-Fahd is NOT a Salafī Scholar.
Salmān Al-‘Awdah is NOT a Salafī Scholar.
Abū Muḥammad al-Maqdisī is NOT a Salafī Scholar
Abū Qatādah is NOT a Salafī Scholar
Anwar Al-Awlakī was NOT a Salafī Scholar.
Sayyid Qutb was NOT a Salafī Scholar.
Please see the links / refutations above. Understand who the aforementioned individuals are, read about their backgrounds and the twisted ideology [Khārijites] they so staunchly ascribe to. Regardless of what any Wikipedia article may indicate, the names above do not belong to scholars upon the methodology of the noble Salaf. These individuals are figureheads of the Khawārij; an evil, deviant group that perpetrates violence, death, and destruction, and have been refuted by the respected, authentic scholars of Islām time and time again [please see this website (http://www.kharijites.com) for more information].
As the noble Shaykh Sālih Al-Fāwzan (حفظه الله), from the scholars of Riyādh KSA explains, the three main characteristics (among others) from the methodology of Khawārij are:
They excommunicate the Muslims from the religion [al-Islām].
They exit from obedience to the lawful Muslim ruler.
They make permissible the blood of the Muslims (i.e. they believe it is allowed to kill them).
(Source: Article – The Characteristics of the Khawārij. From the website of Salafi Centre of Manchester)
If you see any of the names listed above on a blog, please beware and place the blog on your block list.
By the blessings of Allāh, one of the deviant individuals listed above, Salmān Al-’Awdah, was recently arrested in Saudi Arabia due to evidence of ties to national and foreign terror cells (Source: Twitter account of student of knowledge Abū Miftah Adil bin Arif)
Please visit the links in the original post to read refutations for each of the aforementioned individuals listed.
No country, government organization, or person sets the ultimate criterion for who is an extremist / from the Khawārij. It is the noble Qur’ān and the Sunnah of our beloved Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) that teaches us the principles of identifying extremism and those who fall under such a category.

Narrated ‘Aishah (رضي الله عنها): “Allāh’s Messenger (ﷺ) said, ‘Search for the night of Qadr in the odd nights of the last ten nights of Ramadān.
[Sahīh Bukhārī, Vol. 3, no. 2017. Translated by Muhammad Muhsin Khān]
With the start of the last ten days of Ramadān, the Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) used to tighten his waist belt [i.e., work hard] and used to keep awake all the night and perform Salāt and also used to keep his family awake for the Salāt [prayer].
[Sahīh Bukhārī Vol. 3, Hadīth no. 241. Translated by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khān]
Narrated 'Āishah (radīAllāhu 'anha): "The Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) said, "The word 'Ar-Rahm' (womb) derives its name from 'Ar-Rahmān' (i.e. Allāh). So whosoever keeps good relations with it (womb i.e. Kith and kin), Allāh will keep good relations with him, and whosoever will sever it (i.e. severs his bonds of Kith and kin) Allāh too will sever His relations with him."
[Sahīh al-Bukhārī Vol. 8, no. 18. Translated by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khān]
Who is Superior, Khadijah (رضي الله عنها) or 'Aisha (رضي الله عنهما)?
Ibn ul-Qayyim (رحمه الله) said:
“It has been differed over regarding their superiority into 3 statements
First opinion stating Khadījah (رضي الله عنها) is superior
Second opinion stating ‘Āisha (رضي الله عنها) is superior
Third opinion stating to withhold without being able to define
I asked our Shaikh Ibn Taymīyyah (رحمه الله) and he said:
‘Each one of them has specific virtues (that the other does not have). So the impact of Khadījah (رضي الله عنها) was in the early stages of Islām. She would comfort & calm the Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم), and consolidate him. She would spend her money for him, and so she witnessed the dawn of Islām. She burdened the harms for the sake of Allāh and His Messenger (صلى الله عليه و سلم). Her aid to the Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) was at a time of greatest need, hence she has aid and effort in Islām no other (wife of the Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم) has.
As for 'Āisha (رضي الله عنها) then her impact was in the latter stages of Islām, for indeed she has from understanding and dissemination of knowledge to the Ummah, (one of the 'mukthiroon’ who narrated over a 1000 Hadīth) especially affairs she witnessed in the home that no other companions would have known), and benefitting it’s sons (i.e. the Muslims) by way of that which she passed on to them from knowledge; and no other (wife of the Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم) has these affairs.’”

As salamu aleykuma. Do we have to side with ISIS or condem them when we are salafi?
Walaykumasalaam wa rahmatullaah wa barakaatuh brother/sister,
We pray this message finds you in good emaan In shaa’ Allaah!
To be absolutely clear, as Salafis (those who follow the way of the Salaf) we condemn ISIS as a deviant, evil, terrorist organization that has nothing to do with the way of the Salaf nor those who adhere to the methodology [manhaj] of our beloved Pious Predecessors [Salaf-us-Saalih]. They have caused and continue to cause widespread corruption, the loss of innocent life, and other treacherous activities all falsely in the name of Islaam.
