❀ Sometimes the problem is that the heart does not want to admit what the mind knows and screams with all its strength. ❀
Sometimes we need a little bittersweet taste.
Cupid does not always shoot his arrows into both hearts; sometimes he has a few missed shots.

Just like a great leader, Leo is also an incredible gentleman.
But he never expected that his chivalry would cause an emotion greater than simple kindness.
He will quickly notice certain behaviors that feel familiar because they are things he himself even does.
• Taking his side even when he is wrong.
Attitudes like these will not go unnoticed.
So do not expect a grand scene or for him to beat around the bush.
He will be direct, and just like a bandage on the skin, he will pull it off in one swift motion.
“If I'm misunderstanding you, I apologize. But if I'm not, I'd like to make things clear. I'm only attracted to one person, and she's an incredible kunoichi, not only in battle, but also in my heart.”
That's right, do not expect anything more.
He will make things clear while trying not to be too rude.
He still hopes that the two of you can remain friends despite everything.
He will walk you home and say goodbye the same way you always have.
But even after you close the window, he will remain in the shadows, listening to the soft sound of your sobbing.
It will hurt deep inside your heart, he knows that, but he also knows it is for the best.
If your heart understands the pain sooner, it will take less time to heal.

Our goofy genius is always making a new invention for his brothers and friends.
After all, that is his best way of showing that someone matters to him.
Even though it is no secret to anyone that Donnie is in love with April.
However, after what happened with Bigfoot, let's just say that now he understands things much more quickly.
But just as his feelings are usually not returned, he understands what you are feeling.
Maybe he will explain everything while you are helping him with one of his inventions or while you are playing a video game.
“I... don't take this the wrong way, but... you know how I feel about April... And you know how she feels about me... I just want to say... I feel the same way about you that April feels about me... It sounds strange, I know, but... I hope you understand.”
He is not trying to be rude. He is trying to be kind, but he gets pretty nervous.
He does not want your friendship to go down the drain, so if you do not say anything, he might become a little talkative.
If you tell him that it is okay and that you just need a moment alone, he will give it to you.
He knows you need time to process it.
Even so, he will send you a message every now and then, just to make sure everything is okay.
He will even understand if you do not show up at the sewer for a while. He will give you all the space you need.
“Love is not blind. Blind are those who chase after someone who does not love them.”
The turtle in red had always stayed away from matters of love. They never really seemed to interest him.
Even so, that did not mean that someone could not develop feelings for him.
But to him, you would always be a great friend, just like Casey, just like April, but there was nothing more on his side.
Seeing how Leo and Donnie behaved when they were in love, he knew you had the same attitude. Besides, it had been obvious to Casey as well.
And he does not want to go through that kind of "problem."
At first, he will try to be a little rougher in the way he acts. Other times, he will be indifferent. He just wants you to stop acting that way.
But it is not as if he enjoys treating you like that either.
So, just like Leo, he will be direct when talking about the matter.
But he will make sure it is just the two of you, during a patrol or maybe while training.
A moment when he knows you can be honest with each other, and maybe if you feel the urge to punch him in the face, you can blame it on the training.
“Time to lay the cards on the table... Look, I'm not interested in getting involved in romantic conflicts like Don and Leo are. You're a great friend and an excellent partner, but that's as far as it goes.”
Clearly, the punch did not take long to come, but in the end it was something that, you could say, was necessary.
You could let out your pain and anger that way.
And maybe after some time, your friendship could return to how it used to be. (Or at least, that was what he believed.)
Even so, do not expect the subject to ever come up again.
You could say it became a taboo between the two of you.
You go on missions together, fight for fun, kick Kraang butt, and above all, have fun.
But he knows that, in the end, the one who helped you understand things better was Casey, and that somehow put him at ease.
And when everything with Mona happened, he knew you were devastated.
But it was not something either of you wanted to talk about.
Maybe it had simply become a silent acceptance on your part.
“It is not necessary to strike to cause pain. A word hurts. Silence hurts. Betrayal hurts. Contempt hurts. Indifference hurts.”
To be honest, he had not even noticed your feelings.
He simply thought you were best friends.
You cooked together, read comics together, skated together, and you even supported his pranks.
In his mind, there was only the idea of being best friends.
Until his brothers were the ones who explained your behavior to him.
And honestly, he did not know what to say or how to act.
Trying to imagine himself dating his best friend gave him the creeps, like a pizza place without pizzas.
And it was because of his brothers' advice that he had to talk to you. (Or rather, they made him.)
“So... how's the pizza? I mean, it's normal for someone to eat a pepperoni pizza, but that doesn't mean it's because it's their favorite, right? Maybe they just enjoy the time they spend while eating that pizza. Like ordering a triple cheese pizza just because with that pizza you can have lots of fun moments, or talk without feeling awkward, or because maybe you can be best friends without anything ruining that wonderful friendship... Don't you think so too?”
Even though it would take a little while, in the end you would understand what he was trying to tell you.
After all, there was a reason you spent so much time together.
It was good to talk things out, even if pizza ended up being part of the conversation.
He felt pretty bad, but if you encourage him a little or give him a hug, he will know that your friendship was not completely ruined.
And when he met Renet, honestly, he felt somewhat overwhelmed.
So many thoughts filled his head.
Was it wrong for me to fall in love with someone else? Was I being selfish? What if you got angry?
He was almost having a crisis.
But if you are there to support him in the feelings he has for her, not only will he be happy, he will also feel accompanied.
Maybe you do not necessarily have to arrange a date for him, but simply knowing that he can talk to you about something he did with the person he likes will let him know that you are still friends, despite everything that happened.
