the soundtrack in the finale (it was used for fricking terrible scenes in context of the show, but by itself, that's a killer playlist)

dick pipe scene

yaknow what i'm gonna say stuff i disliked APART from the byler, killing jane, doing queer characters and women dirty asf, mileven stuff cause i've rehashed all that stuff so much and i just don't feel like talking it anymore. you guys all know it anyways.

killing off kali. like, wow thx, i see an indian woman in this show, and you bring her back only to kill her. like she had literally no end goal other than to die and take jane down with her. *slow claps*

one of the stupidest final battles of all time

the supernatural/ scientific plot being soooo full of holes. like, i'd have expected something better that it being a wormhole, that feels so cliche. and it wasn't even executed well. and don't even get me started on how bad the Abyss was.

underutilizing finn wolfhard and millie bobby brown's acting chops (or maybe just discouraging them cause tbf i'd give up on a script like that too)

focusing on holly and the kids too much. like omg idgaf abt them, take us back to our pre-determined batch of main characters. derek shouldn't exist this season. holly should have a tenth of the screentime she did. (no hate to the actors though theyre awesome)

We read Chinese Cinderella at school. I know it’s not Indian but it’s still another culture

Actually, the Cinderella story is very old and has hundreds, even thousands of variations across various cultures and time periods.

The story of Rhodopis is considered to be one of the earliest variants of Cinderella and comes from Ancient Greece. The tale of Ye Xian, aka the Chinese Cinderella, dates from around 860 AD.

There is a Japanese Cinderella story that dates from the 13th century. There’s a Vietnamese variant, an Iranian variant, and a whole bunch that pop up in One Thousand and One Nights. Like seriously, it’s all over the place. I wouldn’t be surprised if there actually was an Indian variant of Cinderella but I just haven’t heard of it.
