Nah, not even. If you get scouted for basketball, and play on a college team, you pretty much get all bullshit classes. Besides, Gus wouldn’t do that, just abandon me, we have a plan, we’ve always had a plan.
But, hypothetically, let's say you get offered a scholarship to a college that Gus doesn't want to go to. You'd force him to go with you?
But Gus can just do my work, and take my SATs. He likes all that stuff anyway, and then I get to rest up before travel basketball starts.
You'll be so irrevocably screwed if your brother decides to go to a different college than you.
Can I just nap through the rest of high school?

"Reading. Teaching ballet at the community center. Coffee. Going on walks with Leo. Hanging out with Parker and Eph."

Good for you. I think our society nowadays plays too much into college education and forcing students down a road that may not be right or ready for them. Of course, I played in to it, but technically I had more than enough time to wrap my head around what I wanted to do with my life.
What about you? Do you think you’ll head back to school next year?
"I haven't exactly given it extensive thought yet."
Is that what you decided to do? I thought for sure you’d be in New York, or Russia, or somewhere, dancing your heart out.
"Maybe sometime. But I've been working nearly my whole life up until this point. I needed some time for myself."
