The Black Ocean is a ship (currently stationed above the planet Mek-Sha) which is operating as a privately subsidized prisoner hold, extending the resources of minerals and precious stones that the incarcerated produce from manual labor. This money is extended to various, though hidden organizations- many believe that The Black Ocean supplies terrorists, rebel groups and narcotic trades. During this time, they are only holding one prisoner. The others have been terminated.
