Team Sanjou with Kashuu Kiyomitsu from the Musical Touken Ranbu (minus Kuroba Mario, who plays Mikazuki Munechika) are already in Paris! And, it’s great to see that the competition between the Toumyu boys to be the first saniwa [1] to get the new sword is alive and well xDDD
It all started with Sato Ryuji (Kashuu Kiyomitsu), the first Toumyu member to get Tomoegata, the new Naginata.
In the middle of rehearsals in Paris.
I thought I had smithed a tachi [2], but one Tomoegata Naginata appeared.
Year by year, I feel like my ESP [3] level is increasing.
With this, I feel like I will be able to do my best in Paris too.
I’m happyーーーーーーPyaaaaaaaaaa
What did the other Toumyu members have to say about this new development? Saeki Daichi (Iwatooshi) was the first to respond.
As expected, captain [4] has that special something.

And then, there was Kitazono Ryo (Kogitsunemaru), whose competitive spirit as a saniwa was clearly riled xDDD
Ryuji smithed him right before my eyes, and because I was so vexed about it/salty over it, I smithed him!!!
And, that wasn’t the end of it. Approximately two hours later, Sakiyama Tsubasa (Ishikirimaru) joined their ranks (of trying to smith Tomoegata Naginata anyway LOL!).

Because Ryuji smithed Tomoe-san right before his eyes, and he [Ryuji] got it on his first try,,
“Woahー Here it comes!! 5 hours!!”
He said, very excitedly. A broad smile on his face. But.

And the competition was not limited to the Team Atsukashiyama members xDDD Not to be outdone, Torigoe Yuki (Yamatonokami Yasusada), who has been competing with Ryuji over who is able to get the new swords first, jumped in as well (before Tsubasa-kun’s trial, and uh, failure LOL!)
Or so I thought,,,,,,,, it was Iwatooshi.
This is not the time to be frowning.
For a moment, I thought, ahHHHH!… Maybe.
And then, a smithing time of 4 hours?!
,,,,,,, it was Kogitsunemaru-san…
Just barely, but I was quite miffed.
[1] The term “saniwa” refers to the fans/players of Touken Ranbu where, in the game, they assume the role of a saniwa who has the ability to bring the Touken Danshi to life and travel into the past to defeat the opposing forces that try to change history.
