I recently took a character design class where we were tasked with redesigning some characters from Peter Pan. I decided to do a gender swap on my characters. This is my take on the famous title character.

OH BOY. I am bad bad bad at keeping updates so here’s the first part of GINORMOUS SKETCH DUMP-OCALYPSE 2016! I’ve been working on an entirely new portfolio to get a job as a character designer, because drawing characters has forever been my favorite pastime as an artist. It’s time to get it done.

This is my contribution to a Star Wars art show here in Los Angeles. If you live (or are visiting) in the area, stop by the Pop Secret Gallery in Eagle Rock on Saturday for the opening of the show! I saw a very small number of the other pieces that had been dropped off and they all look incredible, so I’m looking forward to seeing everything else that was submitted.

We all know them. They are…the Taylor Swift Apologists Who Have No Reason to Be Apologists.

Listen guys, it’s totally cool if you like Taylor Swift, I promise. No one is judging you for liking pop music (and if someone is, they’re just being immature and stupid).

Taylor Swift isn’t my thing but that doesn’t mean you have to suddenly launch into an explanation of why you love it! I don’t care! Listen to it! Enjoy it! It will all be okay.

The terrorist attack by extremists on Charlie Hebdo was disgusting, and while I don't condone everything they've published, this was the worst reaction any person could have to art.

If someone exercises their right to free speech to make fun of your beliefs, don't throw a temper tantrum - especially not a murderous one. It makes the 99.9% of people who share your beliefs and AREN'T violent look bad too.
