welcome to my hellenic polytheism sideblog on tumblr! you may call me Luka and refer to me with he/they pronouns.

this blog is essentially the same as my pinterest account, but I will likely be more active on that, so go follow it! the username is luka_gayybriel.

i am a worshiper of lord apollon and lord dionysos, although i have general knowledge on the rest of the pantheon.

my username comes from an epithet of lord apollon's meaning 'averter of evil'.

i likely will not talk about personal stuff here, but my current main interests are greek mythology, religion, musicals, and crk.

before you interact, keep in mind that I am a minor and this is a religious blog. i would prefer for things here to stay on topic to the religion and sfw.

sometimes I feel guilty for not being able to worship frequently, and that makes me feel like a bad worshipper and that the gods don't really love me.

but then the sun shines a little brighter than usual and I see a flock of crows outside, and I know everything is going to be okay.

one of my absolute favorite things about being a hellenic polytheist is that the gods love you no matter how you identify.

like you're trans? cool, we have a god of people who fall outside of gender norms and people questioning gender (not that trans people are confused!).

you're gay? amazing, they accept all kinds of love.

oh, you're disabled? one of our gods is disabled too!

you're a therian? the goddess of wild animals would love you!

and there's no debate about it either. it's just truth that they love everyone.
