We are building an office chair right now and this Mystery Component flopped out of the box. What is she for?

Guys I did it. I wrote my first unique baking recipe! I call them... Strawbursts.

.5 cup butter

1.5 cup flour

1 egg

.25 tsp baking soda

.25 tsp cream of tartar

.25 tsp salt

1 tbsp strawberry finishing sugar (I used McCormick)

1-2 cup rainbow sprinkles

1 tsp vanilla

Mix flour, salt, baking soda, and cream of tartar.

In a separate bowl, mix butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add in egg and finishing sugar, thoroughly combine.

Slowly add in the bowl of dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly.

Put dough in fridge for one hour. Heat oven to 375 and put sprinkles in a small bowl.

Take dough out, roll into small balls an inch across, and roll in sprinkles until all surfaces are covered.

Put balls into a greased pan, evenly spaced in rows of 3-4, and bake 10-11 minutes.

Should make about 25-30 depending on how much dough you sneak bites of while prepping this.
