i go to therapy once a week and its fine and i like her but we’ve gotten nowhere even though i dont lie to her because i like cannot open up. i dont even know how to open up. ive went into sessions with the express goal of Being Real and then i say the exact same things i always say, like “im okay” and “i dont know” and sighing a lot.
