#protip My essential #festival gear. I go to quite a lot of these and here's what I bring to make the day go by comfortably. That's a ☔️ proof jacket. It all fits in the bag which is of legal size. It does get a bit heavy but with the dancing and adrenaline I barely feel it. I might switch to a backpack with a camelpack in the future but I'll see. It depends if I can make it "cool." Renting lockers is supposed to good too but I prefer to have my shit on me. Always get the highest tier #VIP. You get in quicker and having AC bathrooms and comfy shaded seats makes the day very nice. I've been to #metal #goth #EDM #rock and #alternative festivals and this gear is universal. It's also survived the #moshpit. I don't #drink or do #drugs for these festivals anymore. Once you hear @officialrezz, the need for drugs is not needed. The music, to quote @alisonwonderland "fucks me on a spiritual level" and it's my perfect drug. These festivals are a long haul. Drugging and drinking makes me too tired and by day 3 I'm too frazzled. For @actuallygrimzsz last year @osheaga I was too messed up and I'll never make that mistake again. I'm there for the artists. They give me so much joy, love and inspiration. I need to focus and ready to give it my all for them. Music is everything for me.
