Types of chart tags:

#grid, #alignment grid - classic chart, most common type is 9-grid

#table, #alignment table - one column simple chart

#alignment axis - 2-axis, either perpendicular or a line chart

#alignment triangle - 3-point polygon with an area within to position characters

#alignment polygon - more than 3-point, usually for only one item whose characteristics measure (a radar chart)

#venn diagram - 2, 3 or more interwined circles

#team positions - non-table-related slots for one character each

#bingo - 5x5 grid, 24 squares to check and 1 free space

#character chart, #character sheet- usually for a single character info

#characters sheet - for group of characters and their relationships

#other charts - generic for other charts not contemplated in the previous ones

Number of slots in grid or circles in venn diagram

All grids have this tag with its corresponding number, but the most common are:

fionn @springofstarlight sent me this romance chart they did for their OCs and i wanted to try it out, so i'm posting it here and turning it into a tag game!

Some notes on this:

I decided to do this as if Elenion were a romanceable companion, meaning their character development has not happened yet and they're a contradictory mess of a person. They're "difficult" because it's easy to sleep with them, easy enough to get them to like you, and much harder to make them understand that you genuinely love them and want to stay with them. So their "ideal partner" is the kind of person who would be most likely to get past their defenses and make them feel safe.

I'm pretty sure the love languages section is supposed to say "physical touch", not "visible" lol.

I don't love that the chart has "asexual vs deviant" and "vanilla vs kinky" on one side, but "vanilla vs deviant" on the other. That's confusing to me. I'm just assuming "asexual vs deviant" was meant as "not interested in sex vs sexually adventurous".

The "delusional vs rational" slider is also a bit confusing to me tbh, but he does delude himself into believing he doesn't want or need love while actually being a ridiculous hopeless romantic. So I think the placement I have is fine.

The song is Venus by Sleeping at Last! It's the main song I associate with him and Gale but if Elenion were a companion, it could fit any healthy/successful romance with him.

I am currently resisting the urge to explain my thoughts/reasoning for about half the other things on this chart LOL

I made this sheet to help me get to know my characters by combining elements from D&D character sheets, OC cards, and ship memes. I made it for myself and my only goal was that it be fun to fill out and pretty to look at- I had no idea it would take off the way it did! If you dislike literally anything about it, feel free to make edits (see below).

The largest box is intended for your character's portrait; the five circles are intended for your character's color palette; and the two small boxes are intended for important traits or accessories. But obviously you can get creative and do something else with them, too!
