So as you can tell, I kinda sorta disappeared for about a year. Well, that was due to a combination of school stress and past mental health problems getting bad again. It wasn’t until about a week or so ago did I entertain the idea of coming back. I mean at this moment I am at a much better place than I was last year. And I did miss writing like this, there is only so much academic writing one can take.

But here’s the thing, I didn’t like where this Wren was going. It was just an honest to God mess and that really didn’t give me the motivation to come back. After a little bit of debating I’ve decided that I would just archive this blog and start over again. I am over here now and have also decided to bring in some other muses I have like Marie and Cathal. Wren is getting a bit of a revamp but my original muse Marie is going to be a total do over. Cathal has popped up on here a couple of times but I like him a lot so I decided to expand on him.

Wren is almost done so at this time over there at least y’all can interact with her. Marie and Cathal are still in creation mode so they are a no go until I get at least 3/4 done writing for them.

Hope to write with y’all again soon!

“What?” Tobias’s normally calm voice filled with Panic as he scooped her up. For the first time since he had been turned, he appreciated his vampiric state. Before he’d never have been able to carry his pregnant wife. Much less speedily carry her to those they knew who could be helpful.

His inlaws. His sister. All back at the tavern.

Thus that was where he whisked her away.

“The baby is coming!” He exclaimed, causing his sister to sputter.

The Baelfires had just returned from their own little honeymoon just only earlier that day and asked Daphne to close it down earlier than normal. They had praised her for her job on keeping the place in one piece and asked her to stay. Gael and Marcus were being told by Daphne one of the many stories of their son in law when said son in law bursted in with their daughter.

Gael just gave her husband one look and he knew to run back to their daughter’s healing room to prepare. She moved to her daughter’s side and held her hand and lead them after her husband. “What’s the time between the pain sweetie?”

“Short.” she replied, gripping both her husband and mother tightly.

It had been exactly a year since Tobias asked Wren to marry him. She did indeed marry him a few months later and not long after that did they find out she was pregnant with their first child. During that time after to the present, not much had happened other than Tobias’ evil brother taking over his body and making him do unspeakable acts. But that had only lasted a month and since then things have been quiet for the lovers. The pregnancy had been very easy for Wren to deal with. The only thing that disturbed that easiness was when the baby finally started kicking. It always took a while for the baby to stop after it started. Only did the soft timbre of Tobias’ voice ever calm the baby down.

Now nine months later, Wren was heavy with child and had to spend most of her days either sitting or laying down. Because of this, the two lovers decided to stay in on the All Hallows’ Eve and celebrate how much has changed for them in that year. They decided to have a little picnic by the fire and spent most of the night speaking sweet nothings to each other. Tobias had stepped away from his wife for just a moment when Wren felt the sudden pain. It caused her to drop the glass in her hand and shatter everywhere.”

“Tobias, help me up. It’s time.” She said, her voice shaking with pain.
