It feels so weird whenever I see people writing Din as a macho rude aLphA mAle, like... where do y'all even see that in him?? All I see is a well-spoken, emotionally mature, RESPECTFUL man. No, he's not a softboy uwu baby, he can and will kill you if needed, but this man is genuinely kind.

Also, for anyone drawing him as a super ripped model: this guy is not a bodybuilder. He has belly softness. He has chin fat. He has crow feet and grey hairs. Said hair is a messy mop. And he's beautiful just like that.

I could see maybe a cockier version of Din for when he was younger and running around with Ranzar’s gang, but… even early season 1 characterizations shouldn’t have a rough n tough Din because that’s when he started to care for and become protective of Grogu. Though I totally respect what preferences people have and the fact AUs exist! I’m just picky myself because I love love love sweet canon Din. 🥹🩷
