Hey, sorry people are being so crazy about the baby thing but I was just wondering if the baby had actually been born yet or she's just pregnant now?

Thanks, doll! The baby was born back in August, reportedly.

This only changed the way i view blake because most athletes slow down on the events/clubs for the first few months of the babies' lives and he's not. I know it's hard to be an athlete and dad, esp. at 24 years old, but that's a little disappointing... he has a great role model though so he will be ok.

I guess I can see where you're coming from, but I want you to keep this in mind:

We have a very limited glimpse into Blake's personal life. This is literally the most private aspect of his life we've ever known about. So it's not fair for us to say he's been "running around" or whatever. Is he never supposed to show his face in public again? He can't have fun anymore? We don't know the full story. All we can hope is that Blake is being an active, engaged parent. A few club pics doesn't prove much. Plus, the baby is, what, 2 months or so? Blake's been pretty quiet as of late.

I wasn't referring to him having a child as a mistake. I purposely tried to avoid saying "mistake" (until the very end of the post). Having a child is a decision that he and Brynn made and maybe he wasn't prepared for it but my point was, he will make mistakes along his life path because that's the way life goes. Don't try it.

Blake Isn't Superman

He's funny, smart, freakishly athletic and dreamy, but he isn't superman.

Blake Griffin is 24.

He's 24, and navigating through life just like the rest of us 20-somethings.

We're all just trying to figure it out.

So, he slipped up. He fathered a child with someone he was seeing in the past.

He isn't perfect.

We aren't perfect.

Maybe this entire ordeal will put a few things in perspective.

Let's allow him room to grow, and make mistakes, and make decisions that may not necessarily pan out the way he thought they would.

Blake isn't superman, but I'm okay with that.
