Step out of your comfort zone

Just moved into my summer rental on Martha’s Vineyard a week ago and I am still embracing new changes and adjusting to the island. It has been tough for me to be away from my home, family, and friends this week. Although the first week has been a bumpy ride I am doing my best to stay open minded and push myself out of my comfort zone in order to grow as an individual. This blog will be covering my summer journey. I took an internship opportunity to teach nutrition and food programs to children on a farm far away from home. I will cover topics based on daily life from experiences on the farm to general occurrences.
