I am completely in love with this vegan hot dog I ate last weekend in Thun. A combination of tofu, squash hummus, pesto, red cabbage and green onions that was sooo delicious.

Iced Lattes after a day in the mountains. It‘s crazy how fast you can visit so many beautiful and different places in Switzerland.

Once again in Aarau, drinking coffee and having good conversations with a dear friend. We found ourselves on a beautiful terrace in the middle of the old town. I had a soy milk cappuccino and a sweet treat with rhubarb.

Back at Tibits again, it‘s been a while since I last drank a coffee here. Doing it now after several months feels so good and shows me how grateful I can be for such moments.

My usual oatmilk cappuccino was accompanied by a vegan cheezecake, tiramisu and fruit.

First time eating out again! Switzerland has decided to re-open bars and reataurants so here we are again. I had a great evening in my beloved capital city though it was of course a bit weird with the new rules and regulations that had to be followed. Still, being in the city again after two months was so much appreciated.
