have you read the gurdians of ga'hoole books?

I read the first book and half of the second. I didn't get around to reading all the other ones, but I have read some of their content online in order to know more about the series.

would you prefer if the guardians of ga'hoole were suspicious of allomere?

I don't mind that they were not suspicious, but I also wouldn't have minded more movies to make the journey longer and flesh out the characters and their motivations.

King Boron and Queen Barran from the Guardians of Ga'Hoole!

I like that they aren't leaders who delegate everything and seat back while everyone else is working hard. They both went to rescue Soren and the others when they were lost at sea. King Boron actively participated in the battle, taught lessons to the new arrivals and tried to protect the younglings directly. Queen Barran taught flying lessons to the new arrivals and told Soren they would try their best to help Eglantine. They could've easily stay in the tree and let others do the hard work for them, but that's not the kind of characters they are. They are involved. They fight, save, nurture and teach during their time as leaders. That's what I love about them!
