have you ever noticed that everybody who speaks out about how bad cardio and calorie counting is used to have, or still has, an eating disorder?Â
it’s a bit like an alcoholic saying a glass of wine is bad. sure, it’s bad it if it leads you to addictive/out of control behaviours that endanger your health… it’s not bad if you’re just an average person with no related mental health issuesÂ
