A lot of reblogs, so to make it easier to find my art here are my TAGs: MyArt MyComics
Fanfic about my Rogue Trader and Marazhai
It started as an unpretentious comic, and now I’ve already written more than 30 chapters about it.
The story is about my Rogue Trader Lavinia and the relationship between her and my 3 favorite romances: Marazhai, Heinrix and Yrliet.
I want to tell their story through comics, so it will take a veeery long time to draw everything, and here is were I will keep updating the chapters.
Disclaimer: Given the nature of the characters (aka Drukhari and a Rogue trader that is somewhat of a psychopath), there will be some heavy topics like torture, rape, gore etc throughout the story, but I will tag each chapter properly to try not to trigger anyone.
Chapter 01
Chapter 02 - (this one I didn’t post here on tumblr because I didn’t really like the way the art came out, in the future I will probably redraw it, but for now I will leave the link to my Reddit post)
Vigdis for #character_weekRT. Also featuring Idira here because I wasn't able to make a piece for her week and this challenge really pushed me out of my comfort zone to finally draw them together <3
WIP Wednesday - thank you for the tag @amadicah ♥️
Okay so I've never actually shared a drawing of my Rogue Trader before. I've been slowly rotating him in my mind since my first completed playthrough a few months ago.
I could always see him in my mind but never really had the courage to take the next step. It's silly isn't it?
Well, here he is in all of his WIP glory! Rezsan von Valancius silently judging you with his partner in crime, Marazhai.
Poking @theevilscribbler @yunessa @clevermird - no pressure!
Tagged by the wonderful @amasec @theory-of-the-crows and @amadicah! ❤️
Sharing a snippet from the next MH chapter, featuring Vis and Heinrix who are still lost as fuck on the Black Ship. Worst date ever.
The reassuring press of Heinrix's palm against her own helped Visenya focus as the Interrogator shouldered opened the barring doors and led them to the next compartment. She felt worn thin, like a garment that's been run through too many washes and was now held together by tattered threads. Images of the warp manifestation sat heavy in her mind, and her ears rang with echoes of those phantom screams…her screams. Her shoulder ached, and the darkness around them simmered with veiled threats. She wondered what she'd have done if Heinrix were not here with her, then chased the thought from her mind. Visenya had survived on her own for decades past—had a bit of a troublesome knack for it, if she were being honest. She was good at capitalizing on pure dumb luck, and had felt for a while now that her existence was taking more than her fair share of fortune from the proverbial pie.
Still, without Heinrix this entire endeavor would be going far more miserably, of that Visenya was certain. Truth be told, without Heinrix, her entire reign would be going far more miserably.
Despite Abelard's reassurances, Idira's prophecies, and Jae's effusive flattery, Visenya continued to be dogged by doubts about her capability as a Rogue Trader. There was a part of her that doubted whether any human was capable of upholding the near-mythic title. When one began to consider all the blessed bloodlines, sacred genealogy and inherited warrants involved, the whole thing started to sound more like a dramatic fiction than a role of governance within the Imperium. It was a treacherous designation that had crippled many who'd come before her. A weighted crown, drowning those who bore it beneath the bloody sea of their own legends.
And yet, every time she felt herself begin to suffocate—pulled below the surface by the burdens of entire worlds and the cries of countless voices—a certain Interrogator was never far from reach. What's more was that Heinrix genuinely seemed to believe in her divine right to rule—as did so many others, of course. Nevertheless, for reasons Visenya wasn't capable of explaining, his confidence in her was almost enough to stoke her own. His presence at her side a steadfast sail that allowed her to navigate the raging waves, without sinking below their fury.
Deep in her heart, she knew it was dangerous—this reliance growing between them. Lines were being crossed, trust was being given, and Visenya knew the backtracking would be painful. She'd been down this road before, had attached herself to someone whose loyalties were not of their own choosing, and the lessons she'd learned had stuck. People were only as free as the length of their leash, and the Imperium was good at ensuring their dogs remained obedient.
For now, though, they were beyond the Imperium's reach—and Visenya was too weary and harried to make better decisions.

Can I include Rogue Trader and Dark Heresy CRPG characters for this week?
We consider any work focusing heavily on Rogue Trader and Dark Heresy CRPGs by Owlcat to be outside scope of this event, however we understand that many original characters take on lives outside of the game's canon. Creations featuring original 40k women who may be Rogue Traders or DH Acolytes but focus on their lives, backstories, or futures outside of the Owlcat games or their relationships to the canon characters from these games are welcome in this event. Use your best judgement.
If you are primarily interested in canon Rogue Trader characters, we recommend you check out @rtwomenweek
How do the prompts work?
Each day (except the last) has two prompts: the source of origin or the faction for the woman you are creating for, and a general prompt. You can use either, or combine them if you wish. The prompts are intentionally broad — the goal is to inspire our participants and give them more creative opportunities, rather than limit them.
Are men/non-binary characters allowed?
The focus of the event is female characters in the 40k universe, and as such, your work for the event should center them. However, we do not limit who else can feature in your works! Many of the canon ladies have male colleagues/romantic partners/family members/comrades/bitter rivals/etc, and if you want to focus on one such relationship, you're more than welcome to. Same goes for your original characters.
Are genderbends/trans headcanons allowed?
You are free to include genderbent/transfem versions of canon male characters in your work as long as it centers a canon woman character or a female OC. (For example, f!Orikan/Vishani work qualifies for this event and so does an ungenderbent version, but f!Orikan/f!Trazyn does not.)
You are free to include original female characters from a canonically all-male faction. (For example if your work centers on an OC Novamarine from an AU where all Space Marines are women, or an OC Blood Angel who realises that she's a trans woman we will happily reblog it)
Of course, you are completely free to center your work on trans women characters, original, headcanoned or otherwise. Trans women are women.
Where else can I find you?
The event will be run on tumblr. Use #40kwomenweek to tag your post and/or mention this blog and we will reblog it. You can also add your work to the ao3 collection here. We will be monitoring the tag and the collection submissions for a week longer after the event ends to give you a little extra time as well.
How should I tag my work?
For us to find your post, you should tag with #40kwomenweek or @ our account
Additionally — we are only two people, and as such have not familiarised ourselves with every book/game/show/piece of lore out there. We are kindly asking you to include some information in the post with your work, so we can tag it correctly.
For canon characters: Full name, faction, source (Black Library publications, games, animation, other)
For OCs: Indicate that this is an OC and list the relevant faction
What about this thing that you haven't mentioned/considered?
Please feel free to reach out to us with any further questions, the askbox is open.
