Made these custom wands for myself and two coworkers. Want to DIY too? Steps - take wooden dowels and shave the top to a point. Cover dowel in clay (I used sculpey). Add any desired flourishes. Bake at 275 degrees F for 30 minutes. Let cool. Paint. Glitter can be added to wand while paint is wet, cover with mod podge when dry. Extras like skull (pictured) can be glued on, paint to match. Curse your enemies.

You know what this is? It's my body, that for some reason feels oddly like yours too, but it is so much more than that. It is a force to be reckoned with, a source of pain, something to love or hate, a project, a means to an end, an unrelenting force in the face of extreme pain, a meat suit on a skeleton made of stardust. It has done amazing things like carried sleeping children for miles, saved people from downing, and performed CPR. It is a tool to help others reach their fitness goals. It has survived injuries, surgeries, and refuses to yield to endometriosis. And I'm going to try to love it, however it looks, and appreciate what it has done for me.
