If you're going to talk about Drake Bell...

I encourage anyone wanting to create an opinion on the Drake Bell situation to do their own research into his sexual assault allegations from a few years ago. The court hearing is public, and the trial ended up being thrown out because the "victim" lied. I see a lot of "abusers continue the cycle of abuse" and "hurt people hurt people" with the same example of this exact court case. From my own research, she lied about her age, and he found out and seized contact. She ended up stalking him at his concerts and other social events and was told to stop, she got upset and accused him of assault. Courts seized their phones, he was the one who was telling the truth, and the only thing he pleaded guilty to was child endangerment because he talked to this fan for years, but nothing inappropriate was exchanged. I can't imagine being Drake and not only trying to get his story told but also getting it tainted with resurfacing false accusations. It took one search on google to find out what actually happened.

My friends dogs need help IMMEDIATELY!

My friends dogs are in URGENT need of help.

We’ve been trying to raise funds to get them to the vet as of 4 days ago but we do not have enough to do so.

Someone reported our gofundme to the local aspca and now my friend is at risk of losing their dogs, despite that we are trying to get them help.

We have until MONDAY, DEC. 12th to get these dogs to the vet or else the local authorities are going to take them away.

I love reading HOTD posts that criticize one team as being better or worse when the entire point is that none of these people are good people. This show is doing an incredible job of showcasing how disgusting monarchy is while also developing these characters in a way that makes you feel empathetic towards a specific situation. The reason they can pull that off so well is that there is no good guy, there are just shitty people, and varying shitty conditions. Like Aemond is a piece of shit but do I feel empathetic to him when I view his relationship with his family and being forced into the crown? Yes. Do I hate Alicent for the decisions she's made in previous episodes trying to denounce Raenyra? Yes. Am I empathetic towards her though because we know she's a victim of the patriarchy and simply being used as a vessel for her father? Yes. Raenyra literally gaslights everyone.....every episode about her sons being bastards or not. Touchy subject and while personally I understand why she's doing that, people still died speaking out on it. Letting her son rule people who are not his to lead. Taking away someone else's birthright while she hides under the privilege of having a father that loves her and is willing to lie to save her own birthright. They're all fucking hypocrites dude. And like do you guys really think Otto didn't know about those kids being put into fighting rings? Do you think the Targaryens didn't know? Like if you're justifying one family more than the other because Raenys killed civilians making a stand against the Greens... like be so fr. We know the monarchy only benefits the one percent. You can acknowledge how shitty these people are and still think Raenys served. Cause she did. DO YOU THINK IF THE GREENS HAD DRAGONS THEY'D BE ANY DIFFERENT? Can we just have one show where not everyone needs to be in a relationship? Also, you guys don't realize that your feeding into harmful narratives that progress into toxic masculinity. Shipping men simply because they have a close, affectionate relationship together kind of continues the narrative that men can't be affectionate without being gay. You think you're being progressive because you're shipping men but that's not what's happening. It's a bunch of women fetishizing gay relationships. You're also feeding into the narrative that women and men can't just be friends. I'm just asking for a little more variety in like concepts, there's been like this fixation on children, and like I love that for ya'll, but idk I'm just like uncomfortable with kid fics and like no one is responsible for my shit obviously lol it just puts me in a weird place with like aging and body dysmorphia (trust me I know it's dumb, it's mental illness innit lol.) Sometimes also it comes off more like projecting, and I don't think it fits into the "x reader" category but as an original character instead but, by all means, keep writing those fics just know that some of us, if not most of us would really really appreciate more non-kid related fics lol.
