hey guys did we actually cancel cringe culture or did we just replace it with the slightly more elaborate ritual of ascribing objective moral value to works of fiction and making sure anyone who likes something Bad knows they should be ashamed of it

I believe I'm going to be fronting during our spravato appointment tomorrow. sonar is terrified of going into the inner world. we aren't sure how it's going to look or how the system collapse has affected it.

I feel like we have to check, though. this will be the test to see if we can reach anyone. when we enter a deeper dissociative state it becomes easier for us to communicate.

we will have to see. I'm going to try and find a nice relaxing forest track since I'm not an aquatic creature so the tracks sonar listens to...are not going to effect me the same way.

being psychotic and a system, I think im just gonna have to accept that I don't think I'll ever know where the voices, the hallucinations, and headmates start and end. and like that's ok.

cause they all sound very similar to me and its very hard to tell them apart. especially when hallucinations start to speak to me telepathically.

I do not think that everyone has fully disappeared, but they have definitely been locked away somewhere else in the inner world.

they likely are just existing in a whole other section that I do not have access to. that is how it has been with past system collapses. usually everyone is just moved to a deeper layer, further from the front where I do not have access to them.

so really, everyone is fine. they are not gone. they are likely just existing in a different layer.

it still is scary, though. to suddenly go from many members to just me and one of the side systems.

there's been a pit in my stomach all day.
