I have had a brainstorm of my goals for January:

• More sleep

• don’t eat out of boredom and only eat when really hungry.

• Drink A LOT more water

• keep daily calorie intake under 900

• try different exercise routines

• eat healthier

Ita not even about being skinny anymore. It's about not having to breath like I'm dying every time I walk up a hill. Its about the compliments. It's about the cute clothes for cheaper. It's about not sounding like an elephant when I walk. It's about not worrying about my smell just because I'm big. It's about looking cute in sweats and a sports bra, not like a slob. It's about being accepted, not being skinny anymore.
