aegon's dick got burned off that man did NOT get helaena pregnant. she is NOT far along enough to have been impregnated by aegon prior to his injuries, considering how healed aegon is at this point. it's been months at Least since aegon was rendered dickless, and helaena is only just now starting to show enough for her mother to notice while up close. is it aemond's??? is it a magic baby?????? WHOSE BABY IS THAT

okay since everyone on twitter is asking grok if the mitch mcconnell picture is AI, i figured i'd try and determine myself if it's potentially AI without any alleged references or AI enhancements that people are using that completely destroys the credibility of their arguments.
here's the picture, a screenshot of the tweet, and a link to the CSPAN tweet so you can make sure I didn't alter the image
CSPAN tweet
so my first assessment: nothing seems wrong with the image on a first glance-over. mitch looks unreasonably healthy for someone that's actively in the hospital recovering from pneumonia, but I won't make any actual assumptions on that front. i've got no idea why he'd be in a button down and jeans, either, which makes me slightly more suspicious.
overall, I don't think this image is FULLY artificial. if it is faked, it is an existing image that was altered with AI.
that's where we get to a closer look at the image. if it's an existing photo, very little will need to change except for the newspaper, as that is the photographic evidence that this photo is contemporaneous and not from prior to this hospitalization. so what does that mean? let's take a closer look at the paper.
as soon as we do that, we can see that this image is pretty obviously altered and there remains no doubt in my mind that this is a cover up.
the paper itself looks fine. it DOES match up with images given of this sunday edition. buuuut.....why the fuck is there a button there. he's clearly holding his hand in a way that is pressing a button where the paper is, and the rest of his hand is not making contact. that's a Really Fucking Weird way to be holding a newspaper, especially considering the weird button that is clearly interacting with the paper in some way.
my personal guess here is that there exists a near identical photo to this one, where the paper is gone and mitch is pressing a button on the bed remote (or resting his finger there) that most hospital beds have. they had the sunday paper's cover, they had an old image of him and his wife in the hospital where he could potentially be holding something, and they edited in the paper.
DOES THIS MEAN that i know for sure if mitch mcconnell is dead? absolutely not. i do believe this image was altered, though, whether to obscure his death or his deteriorating health. either way, this man hasn't been fit for congress in a long time.
ill leave you with this gianmarco tweet
Im not american and anything I know about your election system has been learned entirely against my will, so forgive me if im entirely wrong, but the reason they'd have to cover this up is to prevent his position going to someone else, right? Nobody can take his seat if he dies close enough to a reelection point so they want to keep him "alive" as long as possible until it passes over the threshold so his seat will remain empty until they can scramble to fill it during an election period with someone of their choice? Or do I have that wrong?
yeah, basically, his state requires a special election to choose a new senator to replace his position if it is vacated. the thing is, his seat is already up for grabs as he is not seeking another term, and that election is scheduled for november like the rest of the midterms. the special election also requires, i believe, 56 days notice for the election and 49 days' notice for the nominee submissions.
previously, kentucky would have just appointed a new senator to serve the remainder of his term until january, but the law was changed to require an election (this is a good thing). if mcconnell is dead, that would mean someone could win in the special election that isn't on the ballot for next term, and would then have several months in congress to represent without full party approval (but instead approval of...the people. not a good thing in the eyes of the republicans!).
you'll see a few people mentioning august deadlines, and that's mostly correct—that 56 days of notice before the election must happen in august or else the special election will come after the midterm election, i believe. i'm not sure if that's a hard and fast rule though.
tldr: any attempt to cover up the death of mitch mcconnell or generally deteriorating health is likely to avoid a special election and if not avoid it completely, give the winner a very short period of time to serve in congress.
you can find a better explanation here, but i did my best to sum up what i know!
Let’s all stop calling it ‘hyper invisibility of trans men’ or ‘trans men erasure’ and call it what it actually is - damnatio memoriae
It was a practice the Romans used to punish dead individuals and their contributions they made towards society by destroying anything they made, forbidding anyone to mourn them, completely erasing their memory and existences from public record and history. By erasing everything from public memory, there was no evidence the person ever truly existed
Sound familiar? Because trans men, especially those who are not white, able bodied, etc, endure this
the intricacies of transmasc invisibility, and fallacies of strictly gendered transphobia
Invisibility as a term for this dynamic is a fallacy in and of itself as what transmasculine people are suffering from is not invisibility, which suggests accident, but is instead deliberate erasure. Trans men, transmasculine people and transmasculinities have historically been intentionally erased (through not just expunging records but by creating new records entirely) explicitly so that violence against this marginalized group can continue to be ignored. This ignorance creates a dynamic where transmasculine people who actually do rise to any level of power are then made hypervisible (cough, buck angel, cough) and the general perception of a transmasculine person remains an image of a privileged, white, cis passing transsexual, who ‘acknowledges biological reality’, who has lived flawlessly as a man 6 months into t or instead an impressionable young (white) girl who has been infected by a social contagion. This cycle of highlighting only a few different stereotypes of trans man / transmasculine person further contributes to the erasure and harm done to trans men and transmasculine people who do not fit into those very niche groups that attain all the visibility and are said to represent the entire demographic. This deliberate erasure of the actual majority of trans men and transmasculine people exists primarily so that violence can continue to be enacted against them behind closed doors. It is so often not only transmasculine people themselves that are made invisible, but rather it is anti-transmasc violence, including militant state violence, interpersonal violence and a medical + psychiatric violence, which makes transmasculine people, through a process of essentialization, aggressors without aggression and victims without words. As you continue to read this interrogation of how the erasure of transmascs, trans men and other affected groups is performed, it should become more clear how this erasure does not function as a privilege or a shield from violence. If you have any desire for legitimate solidarity between marginalized demographics of people, I implore you to see how this function of erasure and invisibility is not the shield from violence it is so often represented as, but is instead a cloak that intentionally obscures piles of gender marginalized martyrs robbed of a full life. It is an intentional burial of history.
also I don't think parents "these days" are uniquely terrible, I just think neglect is showing up in new ways as technology progresses. today's ipad kid would've been wandering around in a ditch alone all day and night before. parents not wanting to have to deal with children is not a new phenomenon.
in many ways dead senators, too, can be a gachapon
They churned me, Jerry
Being a fan of a morally grey character is frustrating because people will try to reduce them to either being an innocent little angel or a completely heartless monster and both of these interpretations just take away what makes the character interesting
maybe if we keep speculating about mitch mcconnell more different repub senators will drop dead
genuinely one of the top 10 most fucked up things they’ve ever written in warriors I had to put the book down

i understand (on paper) why companies are anti-piracy but its funny when random individuals are also strongly anti-piracy. like how does it negatively affect your life if someone you know downloads a cracked torrent of sims 4. you dont work for EA. EA isnt gonna pay you for this. you lose nothing. its fine. chill out.
Bloopers are movie aftercare and it’s fucked up that we got rid of them
