Did anyone else notice how throughout The Batman, no one seriously calls Bruce “Vengeance” besides Selina from the very beginning….? Everyone refers to him as Batman but after every fight he calls himself Vengeance.

When Selina first met Bruce, Penguin called him Mr Vengeance mockingly. It wasn’t until the end when Bruce accepted Gothams name for him, the idea of being Vengeance was a negative impact on Gothams people. Especially after the Riddlers henchman called himself Vengeance. And Selina thought he’d help her kill Falcone bc he was Vengeance.

After Bruce realized vengeance wasn’t a sign of hope he then decides to go by Batman. When Selina gets ready to leave she offers him to tag along calling themselves “The Bat and The Cat”. Selina was so in sync with Bruce and she believed in him from beginning to end.

For people with anxiety about filing taxes, here’s what things that happen when you make a mistake on your tax return:

- you pay the amount (there’s options for payment plans too!) or get a refund

Things that do not happen

- you’re “in trouble”

- you are charged with fraud

- you go to jail

I know that most people are probably just joking/exaggerating when they say a mistake on their return means they get thrown in jail but when I worked with the public I always would encounter people who believed that would happen and they would be panicking about it. So I like to put this out there every year because if I can even prevent one person from feeling that way, it’s worth it
