I made a Target Run yesterday! It felt good! It felt good to be normal for a minute! It felt good to be in the aisles getting the things I needed. I have been on a lot of Zoom calls lately with other entrepreneurs and TikTok seems to be the one app everyone wants to learn but seem to give up on quickly BUT this is definitely be an app you should learn for your business! If you don't believe me, ask Gary Vee and every other business coach out there and they will confirm. You don't have to worry so much about the algorithms and you will be surprised at how easy it is to grow a community there. In March of 2020 the app was downloaded over 115 MILLION times. What percentage of that population would you like to reach? I am offering a FREE session for any business owner or influencer that would like to join. As a mental health advocate and these projects are super special to me. How y’all doing? So weird fact about me: I LOVE Dr. Nowzarden and #my600lblife but here’s the kicker.... when I don’t feel like working out or my brain is telling me I can’t ... I turn on My 600lb Life and I get to it! I love working out to Dr. Now! I love working out with the success stories! I remember I’m not alone when I hear them talk about their trauma to the therapists and their loved ones. They give me a fight! Let me tell you quick story about joy! . I was having such a rough morning and am all around rough week. . I kept looking for joy and I kept finding it but on the anniversary of @xshaqx passing a few days ago it’s been a little harder to push through. . It weird battling depression and dealing with the suicide of a loved one. The irony truly made me laugh at myself at one point. . But when you look for joy... . Even when you stop for a second it finds you and taps you like a game of tag reminding you to chase it all over again. . I was done looking for joy today! I was totally over it! And then I was blessed to get my @theholliscompany shirt that I wanted and be followed up with my @mrdavehollis coaching swag box in that mail! . I was upset I couldn’t buy the journal I wanted this morning and brought my mom and friend one instead.... but my journal that came in my Dave Box is beyond better than any design I’ve seen yet! . Getting him to take a picture like a normal human is so hard… But I missed him so much! . Going to #risextoronto Was the first time since being together that we have been apart for more than 48 hours. It was a true test of our relationship and really made me realize what this man means to me. It’s our job to protect our kids and despite anything you may think about this Man’s past it had to be debilitating to know what was about to happen and not be able to protect your child from it. . I am heartbroken for his family right now! . I was never a #kobe fan and was super vocal about it. I hated the #lakers but I grew up watching him play. . Mindset is everything! . We all have that little voice the hits us with negativity and that’s okay... ONLY if you follow it up with three responses of why that voice is wrong. . I found that If I respond out loud some positive words about myself the voice of negativity gets quieter. . I battle with my mental health often but I always remind myself I am made for more than I am! . I record them sometimes and play them on the days where I can’t get louder than the negative voice. . Whatever you do make sure you don’t stay in that negative spot... you were made to kick butt and catch goals! .
