Low quality pic but high quality moment… It has been a while since I have posted something here… I’m taking a moment to write about my graduation 👩🏻‍🎓 from @heldb.bruxelles after a few month. I was over the moon to be graduated after 3 years of hard (but not so hard) work. let me explain…I obviously did worked hard to get my degree but I wasn’t making me sick and overthinking to get things done. Studying and dedication does pay ! 🙃 I have grown so much since medschool and I’m proud of me. This 3 years of dietetics and lockdown (best time of my life truly) allowed me to heal from my experience in med school. Hi guys I had the opportunity with @theinsidersbenl to try @unclebensbelgium instant rices I had try the regular basmati one and the Mediterranean one and I quite like them! But I was a bit disappointed by the Mexican and the vegetables rices! They were quite flavourless and I had to had a lot of spices to bright up my meal ... even though the whole meal came out great! Camila bowl! Ok some of you may found this weird... but it was goooood ! I mixed a bit of whole Greek pasta with a bit of whole organic basmati rice. I add some white grape, strawberries and banana (I put a whole one but less would have been better!). I cooked two eggs to put in it too. And I topped the bowl with some salt, pepper and thyme! And that’s it ! Super yum as dinner or breakfast! [French - English bellow ]J’étudie soit sur mon bureau soit dans mon lit (swipe pour voir la où j’ai étudié tout la journée aujourd’hui) Mon bureau est prêt pour demain! Mon premier jour d’examen... une des expériences les plus stressantes de la vie d’une personne ou du moins d’un étudiant... mais est ce que le stress est une si mauvaise chose !? J’ai regardé un ted talk l’an passé qui parlait justement du fait que le stress est notre ami pas notre ennemi et qu’il nous aide à préparer notre corps à la situation à affronter! Je pense que si je devais choisir mntn un conseil ... je choisirais l’acceptation! Parce que qu’on se le dise ... les examens ne s’envoleront pas! On devra les passer! Alors autant accepter que cet épisode est stressant et peut-être un peu désagréable mais surtout inévitable! est-ce que ça sert vraiment à qqch de juger ? La pleine conscience m’a appris à ne pas juger mais à observer et accueillir les expériences. My first day of exams ... one of the most stressful thing for any human being or at least for a student... but is stress a really bad thing!? I think If I had to pick one advise for your futur exams I would be : acceptation. Let’s be honest: exams aren’t going to go away! We would have to go through this! So accept that this is stressful and maybe annoying but above all that unavoidable! So why keep judging this situation!? With mindfulness I have learned not to judge experience but embrace/accept it!
