Hello, everyone! It's a bit belated, but I finally figured out how to make a pinned post! Here, I'll provide links to my more popular fics on Ao3, as well as give a bit of information on myself and my content.
First of all, hello! My name is Angel, and I'm mostly an art blog with an array of interests. Fandoms I'm a part of include: Don't hug me I'm scared, Encanto, Super Mario Bros, Word of Honor, The Untamed, Transformers prime, and everything Tolkien!
I kinda jump all over the place; you can definitely tell when I fall down a certain rabbit hole. (Glares at Super Mario) (And Word of Honor)
Now, I haven't had trouble with any asks as of now, but I thought I'd just give a rundown of basic rules.
1: I love doing requests; it gets me out of art block a lot of times, but I won't do anything explicit. No smut, or heavy gore. Basically, keep it PG!
2: Please keep your ask kind and considerate. We're all nerds here on Tumblr, there's no need for rudeness.
3: If I don't get back to your ask, please don't feel bad! I forget to check my inbox sometimes, I promise I'm not ignoring you!
With that out of the way, here's some links to my fics!

Since you've now seen the mario galaxy movie, what are your thoughts on Rosalina being made as Peach's sister?
I actually quite liked it. Some people weren't fans from what I've seen, but I think it's an interesting way of interpreting the character. I like to think of the movies as more AUs than anything, so do I think Game!Rosalina is Game! Peach's sister? Nah, but I still enjoy the plot they decided to follow. Not to mention I think it provides an interesting parallel to Mario and Luigi. I can totally see Rosa watching/getting to know the Bros better and seeing a bit of herself in Mario. Maybe seeing how close they are and lamenting that she and Peach didn't really get to grow up together.(I think it'd be really cute for her to pull Mario aside and ask him how to bond with Peach, both because he knows her so well, and because he knows the weight that being an older sibling can entail.)
In particular, I saw a lot of parallels between the scene where she sends Peach away and the one where the bros got separated in the first movie. In Rosalina's case, she let go of Peach to protect her. In Mario's, he was forced to let go. In both, they wanted to hold on to their little siblings but couldn't.
(also the fact that both are surrounded by pink/purple light-)
There's just so much potential for the relationship between Rosalina and the others. Especially Peach, who has spent her whole life not knowing who she really was or where she came from, which I can only imagine led to feelings of isolation. Did y'all see her reaction to Mario? Poor baby was so excited to see another human! I can see their relationship being a bit awkward at first, while they're getting to know each other, but once they do? Move over Bros, someone just snatched your title for "most clingy siblings ever".

Hopping on the BloodyMary bandwagon because I *need* Grace to look at Simon like this-
I think it'd break him. Just absolutely shatter that abused shelter dog to pieces. Tell me this man wouldn't short circuit if someone looked at him like that:
Mario stared at himself in the mirror, tears threatening to spill over. The white dress shirt was half buttoned, the collar crooked on his shoulders. It fits wonderfully. His darling Princess made sure of that. It was nice too, beautiful white fabric with gold accents on the trim of the sleeves and collar; it would go perfectly with the red satin vest and slacks that rested neatly on the bed behind him. His black tie was crumpled on the vanity where he'd thrown it, as if mocking him for being so… childish.
He couldn't explain it, but it hurt. It hurt to wear. The collar scratched his neck, and felt like it was choking him. He had buttoned it all the way, checking to make sure he could fit two fingers between the fabric and his throat. Again, it fit perfectly. What was wrong with him?
Mario pretended he didn't hear people talk. How despite both brothers being royalty, Luigi fit the image far better. His little brother wore every dress and suit like he was born in it, he'd mastered heels that made Mario question whether his bro was actually some sort of inhuman entity, and he adopted an elegance that felt almost surreal to the man that had raised Luigi from the age of seven.
He was so incredibly proud of his brother. Luigi had seamlessly integrated into Koopa culture, and every move made Mario's heart swell with pride. Still…
It was hard to feel so disconnected. What was wrong with him, that Luigi could do what felt so impossible to him? He knew his brother would show up to tonight's gala looking absolutely gorgeous, in an outfit probably far more uncomfortable than the simple suit Peach commissioned for him.
Mario sat down on the chair in front of the vanity, burying his face in his hands. He let out a sob of frustration, trying to unbutton the shirt. His fingers trembled and refused to cooperate.
“Fucking hell!” He wailed, tugging the awful thing over his head. It got stuck, and Mario cried harder. God, why couldn't he do this? He couldn't even take his shirt off!
The fabric scratched his skin and constricted his chest. Mario felt like peeling his skin off, thrashing to escape the feeling. There was the sound of a door closing, and the clicking of heels on the hardwood.
“Oh, my dear! Hold on, let me help.” There was laughter in Peach’s voice; she hadn't heard him crying. Mario stifled his sobs, shaking as Peach gently worked the shirt back down. As she pulled the fabric from his face, the seemingly endless flow of tears came into view.
“Mario? My Love, what's wrong?” Her face fell as she took in his expression. Mario bit his lip hard to keep the bubbling emotions at bay, but Peach would have none of that. Her gloved hand came up, thumb delicately drawing Mario's lip from his teeth.
A choked cry escaped. Then another. Then another, and before Mario could think he was hiding his face in his hands and weeping uncontrollably. His hands made their way to his hair, but she anticipated that too. Peach grasped his arms and pulled them away. Mario gasped for breath between cries.
“Darling, please breathe. It's ok. I've got you. Just take some deep breaths for me. In slowly, like this.” She took an exaggerated deep breath, and Mario did his best to copy her. When he did, the collar rubbed his shoulder. He yelped like he'd been burned, and tried to tug the offending fabric off. Peach put two and two together, and began unbuttoning the shirt. Finally it was off, and Mario cried with relief. He rubbed his arms, trying to rid himself of the scratchy feeling.
“It's…Peachy- it's bad…” He rasped between sobs. Peach tilted her head.
“What's bad?” She asked. Mario opened his mouth, then promptly closed it. He felt so stupid now, why was it so bad? It was just a shirt! He looked away shamefully, still rubbing. It still felt bad. It still felt so bad. His hands started flapping, despite his efforts to keep still, which just made him feel more ridiculous than he probably looked.
“Mario. Whatever it is, I promise it's not stupid. It's not silly, or whatever else your mind is telling you. If you're this upset, it's not stupid.” Peach murmured. Mario was finally able to stop flapping his hands, and instead rubbed at his eyes. In spite of his best efforts, the tears kept coming. He broke down again, sobs wracking his body. Peach cooed sympathetically, wrapping her arms around him.
“Th-the shirt… Peach…the shirt… I…I can't…I…” He stuttered helplessly, burying his face in her shoulder.
“The shirt? What about it?”
“I don't know!” He cried, frustration bleeding into his voice. “I don't know what's wrong, it's just bad! It's choking me, it's scratching my skin, and I can't…I can't-” He sniffed, wiping fruitlessly at the tears.
“I'm sorry…” He mumbled, raising his arms to hug her back. She rubbed between his shoulders and ran her fingers through his hair. The sensation was grounding, and Mario's shoulders finally relaxed. He sighed with relief and melted into her embrace.
“Mario, dear? Does the fit of the fabric bother you? Is it too tight?” He shook his head.
“Ok, is it the feel of the fabric? The texture of it?” He nodded, biting back an embarrassed sob.
“Oh, it's alright baby. It's ok, I promise. We can find something else for you. Can I call Luigi and Kamek in? They arrived a half hour ago.” At the mention of his brother, Mario perked up and nodded.
They were there in what seemed like moments. A soft knock at the door, and Mario was swept up into his brother's arms before he could register that Luigi was there. The brothers both sighed deeply, squeezing each other tightly. The smell of wood smoke and gentle perfume clung to Luigi's dress and firmly pushed back on the feeling the shirt left on his skin.
“Hey Bro bro. You ok?” Luigi asked softly. Mario hesitated, then shook his head.
“He said something about the shirt being bad, I think the texture is bothering him.” Peach offered. Mario stood between them and pulled away from Luigi to wipe the last of his tears away.
“Ah, I see. Yes, bothersome textures are a common problem. It's nothing to be embarrassed about, I assure you.” Kamek commented. He picked up the discarded shirt, immediately throwing it down with a sharp grimace.
“Yeeesh, ok I get it.” The elderly Koopa rubbed his palms against his robes, returning to the cluster of humans. Peach frowned at the shirt as if glaring at the thing could make it feel guilty for making Mario so upset. She turned to her husband and pulled him into her arms.
“I'm so sorry baby, I had no idea.” She mumbled, kissing his forehead.
“It's ok…you didn't…I'm just being-”
“Mario, no. You're not being stupid. It's not stupid to have texture issues, it's actually pretty normal for people like us.” Luigi interrupted. His expression was stern, but understanding. Mario looked away sheepishly, scratching at his arm. Stepping up on the chair, Kamek pulled out his wand.
“Alright, Mario. I'm going to conjure a few different fabrics. I'd like you to tell me which ones you prefer, then we can make something nice for you to wear that won't make you want to drop your skin into lava.” Mario nodded, and the atmosphere was soon calm and playful as he played with multiple fabrics and chose the ones he liked. It didn't take long for Luigi, elegant gown and all, to sprawl out casually on one of the couches while Peach messed with Mario's hair.
Kamek was patient, disposing of fabrics that made Mario's nose scrunch up and setting aside ones that he loved the feel of. Before long they had a sizable amount of materials to work with, and after choosing a few colors, Mario was pulled aside by the magikoopa to decide on an outfit.
It took time to figure out a fit that both flattered his figure and didn't upset his sensitivities, but it gave Mario plenty of time to feel the abundance of love and care exuded by his family. Sometimes it was dizzying, the warmth and safety leaving him disoriented in the best possible way. After being responsible for the safety of both himself and his brother, it still felt strange to rely on others for it.
Still, he had all the time in the world. And now he had a gorgeous outfit to show for his troubles.
So I have a few questions with mario, peach, and dk
First question, do they split the time Mario or do they just all hang out with each other? Like, do peach get him on like the weekends and then dk get him every other day or does dk get him on the weekend and then peach get him every other day, like how does that work?
Set a question what are they're sleeping arrangements like? Like, do, They all sleep in one bed and mario sleeps in between d k and peach?
And last question , what is d k and peaches , favorite things about mario? And vice versa?
( i love the ship and your art so much)
Thank you
Bye
Firstly, thank you so much for the questions!
I'd like you to know that your first question gave me the immediate mental image of DK and Peach sharing Mario like he's the child in a split custody arrangement and it made me laugh.
DK: I thought it was my weekend with him!
Peach: No, I'm pretty sure I have him.
DK: but you already have him during the week!
Peach: And you have summers!
Luigi: Do I need to confiscate him?
Mario: Y'all I am an ADULT-
Split custody aside, I imagine MonkPeachWrench (still working on a ship name) would all sleep in a big cuddle pile, although it depends where they're sleeping. If it's at DK's, they all *somehow* squeeze into a hammock, if they're in the castle, they share Peach's bed. And yes, Mario usually ends up squished between them, but he really wouldn't have it any other way. I hc him as a total cuddle bug. It takes a bit for him to get comfortable, residual anxiety and whatnot, but once he feels safe you cannot pry that man off of you with a crowbar. Much like his brother, he loves the feeling of weight on him. Whether it's a weighted blanket or several hundred pounds of DK, nothing puts him at ease faster than having a warm weight on his body.
Plus, since he's between them, Peach can give her darling as many nose and forehead kisses as she wants!
As for favorite things, I feel like Mario's favorite thing about Peach would be her nearly invisible freckles (which are usually covered by makeup bc she's insecure about them). His favorite thing about DK, I think would be his voice. The way it rumbles his chest and feels like purring when he's holding Mario and rambling to help him sleep.
Peach's favorite thing about Mario is most definitely his eyes. That man has the most powerful puppy eyes known to all of the universe, and she happily gives in to whatever request has him looking at her so imploringly. Her favorite thing about DK is his smile. How bright and unapologetic it is, the confidence in his wide grin is infectious, to say the least.
DK's favorite thing about Mario is his attitude. It's not easy to get Mario to relax to the point where he's sassy and competitive, but it's so worth it; they definitely have the most fun with sports and whatnot once Mario passes that threshold. His favorite thing about Peach is her strength. He didn't expect much from her, being the Mushroom Princess and all, but she surprised him in many ways. She can bench press both of them if properly motivated, and he's not ashamed of finding that attractive.
Hope this answers your questions, and thank you so much for asking! Sorry it took so long, love you all!
